This review is long overdue. The first week of the quarantine I thought I found a bed bug in my apartment. I was already overwhelmed with all that was going on and this just about put me over the top. I caught the little critter and took a couple pictures of it. I called Canada Bed Bug and they asked me to send them the picture. Within half and hour they had their expert look at my photo and call me back to confirm that it wasn't a bed bug that I had spotted. Phew! Thank you so much for your speedy and kind service.

Just spoke on the phone with Chris from Canada Bed Bug. Very professional, patient, and informative. Inquisitive about the my situation and was able to provide me with very useful information about the whole process. You can tell this is not a company out to get your money as, based from my story and signs, felt it was unlikely I had bed bugs (not %100 guarantee, but unlikely). I will be keeping an eye out and at the sign of bed bugs I will likely use these guys to smash the suckers out of my home.

Chris was extremely helpful. We were unsure if we had bed bugs or not, so he happily let us text him photos of bugs in our home and gave us his expert advise about whether or not it was bed bugs. This was all done free of charge. He also sent a video link on how to do a home inspection ourselves. I really appreciate his willingness to support, even though we were not paying customers. If I ever need an expert to remove bed bugs, I will definitely be using their services! Top notch honest folks.

I recently had a bed bug scare, and while it looks like I won’t be needing their treatment services, the level of understanding and service they provided me was amazing. I called and had a 10 minute conversation with Chris on the phone where he was patient and allowed me to explain my situation in detail, and then talked me through all of the options. He was so understanding, and we decided buying moats were my best bet, and even then I felt no pressure to purchase directly from him. Of course after he so graciously answered all of my questions, I bought the moats from him. He was very flexible in scheduling a time to visit and buy them. When I showed up, we actually ended up talking for a while and he even let me show him a bug I found in my apartment! Chris is remarkably knowledgeable and patient and really calmed me down. I can say without a doubt, if I’m ever in these unfortunate circumstances again, I will use Canada Bed Bug. The service I felt I received was so above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful.

They listened to my worries and helped me determine I didn't even have bedbugs, only carpet beetles. Phewf! They even took the time to educate me on what to do, and were honest about the fact that using their services at this point wasn't necessary. I appreciated that.

Firstly the 30min call back guarantee was not true, but after a couple hours when I tried again I did get through and speak to Anthony. I wanted to ask him about a carpet beetle I found and if they are comparable to bed bugs... There was no consultation offered he was really rushing me off the phone just gave me a quote and told me he would send me an infosheet online. The website talks about expertise, but he couldn't answer my basic questions and said I'd have to book a technician cuz he didn't know and they would be be able to tell me more. The infosheet he sent me via email was just about preparing for having an exterminator visit, but I was expecting more about different kinds of pests and advice what to do... out of desperation I went ahead and booked service hoping I could speak to a technician or someone who could provide consultation... i got a name and another email and I tried to get in touch but no response. This was a Sunday so I think that was the issue, but nobody got back to me all day... if your company can't respond on a sunday then dont post about being open 7 days a week. In the end I got more useful info from the comments section and did some more online research what I can do on my own. I cancelled with this company, but if the problem persists I'll be looking elsewhere for service. **edit to your reply** My expectations were directly from your website and very realistic... that there would be a 30 min call back, that I could call for a no obligation consultation with experts and you respond 7 days a week. Your apology comes across insincere as though I had unrealistic expectations/impossible questions. My questions were very basic and to be fair, they did get answered, but it was the next business day by the exterminator contracted out... so my review is just pointing out some inconsistencies in your advertising.

I spoke with Chris today in regards to bed bugs and was super impressed with his knowledge and honesty! I told him i had received a spray from an exterminator but was waiting to do one more as they usually do two to three to make sure everything is dead including the eggs that have hatched. I have however been having extreme anxiety about the issue as ive never dealt with these before and am a bit clueless when it comes to it. I was going to get the heat treatment as well by Canada bed bug but instead of him telling me i needed it just to make a profit he was honest and let me know that getting the spray done does work a lot of the time and to hold off on considering heat treatment until all three spray treatments are done and to wait and see if they come back. If they come back i will definitely be using their services!!

I would highly recommend this business. Chris on the phone was so informative and amazing. He is very honest. Not trying to upsell. After discussing my issue he told me over the phone he was pretty confident we didn’t have bed bugs. He even offered for us to send pics for confirmation free of charge. I needed to be 100% sure, so I had Marc from his business come do an in home inspection. He was able to come the same day , did a thorough inspection and assured me we were bed bugs free. Marc was professional. Prompt. Friendly. I would highly highly recommend Marc and Chris if you ever have a bed bud scare. Thanks for your honest business !
