I called this company, and the person I spoke to was constructive. She listened to my problems, suggested the best approach, and sent a technician to handle the situation. Andre is the best! He showed up on time, assessed our issue and confirmed it was Indian Meal Moths invading the pantry of our newly purchased house, rather than the termites that I feared. He sprayed for those and we also had him spray our home inside/out for other creepy crawlies. I have never had mice before but I started seeing them in the garage, then they found a way into the house. I tried getting rid of them with stuff from Home Depot but I would kill some but always kept seeing more. I called this company and they were great A tech came right over to my house. I forgot the amount of babies he said they can have but said they multiply quickly and found where they were getting into the garage and then where they were getting into my house from the garage. He got rid of all of them and fixed these areas so they were unable to get in. I am very thankful for their service. Great company.

We've been using Pesticon Pest Control Guelph for about a year now and they deserve all 5 stars! We moved into an unkempt older home, with lots of cracks and crevices for bugs to get inside. On their first visit, the tech spent extra time combing the house, suggesting fixes for areas that could let bugs in. Most recently, our tech Khyyam has done a fantastic job. He goes above and beyond to treat the inside and outside of our home, sweeping all of the spider webs off our back porch, and using a mix of products to help get us complete protection. Also, our dog loves him! I can't recommend Pesticon Pest Control Guelph highly enough.

I live in Guelph and I've been using Pesticon Pest Control Guelph for almost 3 years. They have been very great at what they do. Last week, I've seen several ant piles in my backyard and front yard. khyyam came by to treat the issue and he was very thorough and diligent in making sure he didn't miss anything. He found the ant piles and treated them but also sprayed treatment all over the front and backyard. We definitely think Khyyam did a great job with his work and appreciated his thoroughness and effort in treating our issue.

I was in a conundrum looking for a pest control company that would properly treat a condo for German cockroaches. Trusty Google reviews mentioned Pesticon Pest Control Guelph and I decided to use them. When they arrived to the appointment they asked if I'd remove light switch and power outlet covers so they could clean and spray. I happily obliged and this and the rest of the treatment seems (at the moment) to have been successful. Highly recommended.

Andre did an excellent job. Came out and gave a reasonable quote. He then gave me a few options on how to deal with my issues and also gave suggestions if I wanted to do anything myself to save a little money. Once I got the quote I called to schedule the services, interior and exterior pest and exterior points of entry repair. They fit me in very quickly for the services. They came promptly when scheduled and even sent a courtesy text 30 mins before. They let me know when they were finished in a timely manner and when it would be safe to re-enter the property. Although there was a miscommunication on how I wanted the metal mesh placed on the grates, Andre came back the same day to fix them how I wanted it with no questions asked. I appreciate the service and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company.

I definitely recommend Pesticon Pest Control Guelph if you think you might have a pest issue. I found a lot of termites (both dead and alive) outside my apartment and thought we might have a problem. Khyyam came to check it out - super friendly and he did a thorough examination. Turns out we didn't have a problem in the walls so no treatment was needed. Even though our landlord would be responsible for paying, I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on a treatment. It would have been a hassle to leave the apartment for hours with my two cats if he needed to spray so I really appreciated that. I'm short of words to describe the awesomeness of this company! One day on my way back from work, I saw a raccoon come out of my chimney. I quickly called this company, and they sent a technician who came to inspect the chimney. Thank God it was a single raccoon, so all the technician had to do was clear up the waste in the duct and replace the damaged chimney cap with a stronger one to deny wildlife future access. The entire process was seamless, and the pricing was fair.

Can't be thankful enough about pesticon pest control Guelph. We were away for 8 days and when we came home we saw a raccoon footprints on our deck. We then found out that on one side of our house has a little opening and the opening screen popped out. It is an opening to our crawl space. My husband and I are new home owners and we had no idea what to do. We called this service and to our surprise, someone came later that day. He inspected our whole premise. He recommended to put one way trap for the raccoon to leave our premise and replaced all the screens as they are old and raccoons or mice can get in and make it their home. This wasn't my first time dealing with bats, and I doubt it’ll be the last. I’d called several companies to deal with bats in the past, but they all did poor jobs. They’d arrive hours after I told them to be there, constantly made excuses, suddenly upped the price in the middle of the job without telling me, and even did a poor job since the bats would always return soon after. I had none of those issues with these guys. They were there on time, were hard-working, were upfront about all the fees, and I haven't heard a peep out of bats since they came. I called up Pesticon Pest Control Guelph after finding a mouse infestation in my crawl space. A tech quickly came out and identified several entry points that my previous pest control company "missed" during their pricey rodent exclusion service. The night after his visit, we caught two mice, which we suspect were hiding inside after their entry points were sealed. Now, two weeks later, there are no signs of the mice and our traps remain untouched. The tech was very diligent, professional, and knowledgeable. He was also patient and remained onsite to answer the litany of questions I had for him. They quickly replied to our messages and came to our house to analyze the situation. They suggested to put 2 cages in our backyard to catch the raccoon.
