I would highly recommend Dynamic Pest Control to anyone that's in a situation that they don't want to be in. I've had two experiences with this company and both have been great (or as great as one could hope under the circumstances). Last year I visited a hotel that I learned after the fact had bed bugs. I called dynamic pest control after-hours in a panic requesting someone come out for an inspection. The gentleman I spoke with called one of the techs after-hours (interrupting his dinner) and he arrived within the hour. The technician did a thorough inspection of our home and answered about a hundred questions we had. I wish I remembered his name because he deserves a lot of credit. The second experience was this afternoon when I found a bug in my home, immediately google imaged "bed bugs" and totally freaked out. I called Dynamic and Braden answered the phone. He said there was no one in the office (Saturday) but asked I send some pictures to him. I sent them immediately and he responded right away saying he could identify this harmless bug with confidence and not to worry. In both of my experiences, I felt that these guys went above and beyond to help me out quickly and were able to give me that peace of mind. They appear to be competent, honest and hard working people and I really appreciate them being there for me. I never write reviews but these guys really do deserve five stars!

Responded right away when I was experiencing an ant infestation in my house. The spray for the ants was effective and also responded to my request to spray on the outside of the house. Would highly recommend for prompt and effective service.

I recently moved into my new apartment and was having issues with spiders, I called them right away and someone came in just two days later to spray my interior and exterior. We have since had 0 spiders! The owner was very nice and helpful on the phone and the tech that came to my home was very polite, professional & knowledgable.

We had some mice in our garage september 2017, and a nice guy came out, put out traps, and said to call and book a follow up/clean up appointment in two weeks. Fast forward two weeks, I emailed to book, no reply. I called, no reply. My boyfriend and I just cleaned up all their traps ourselves. On our receipt we were given a ONE YEAR warrenty. So, this May 2018, we saw another mouse in our garage. I called again and left a message and asked them to come back and set out more traps as per our warranty. The owner called back and was extremely rude towards me. He claimed they only give 6 months on rodents. He was making it sound like I was lying about what my warrenty said. I told him I had it in front of me and I would gladly show it to him when he got here. He reluctantly said they would send someone out at the end of the week. Surprise, surprise, no one ever showed up and all my calls now have gone unanswered. I highly recommend NOT using this company, and to find someone more reliant and honest.

Steven the owner of Dynamic pest control came to our house February 2019 to spray inside our house as we have an issue with pavement ants. He is friendly and professional. He returns phone calls and is prompt and on time with his scheduled appointments. He assured us he would spray the outside in June as part of the package and he followed through as promised. Steven responded to our multiple texts and emails with our questions and was always patient. We would definitely recommend him and will be calling him again for our future needs.

The tech is a really lovely guy. But we were given a six month guarantee on the work and the rats just keep coming. They never found out where they were coming in and I feel like I wasted $500. Stopped getting responses when I've (politely) explained my frustration with the lack of respect of the guarantee.

I had a fine experience initially. A tech came out and treated BOTH citronella ants inside (which was what I'd initially called about) + externally for carpenter ants. I paid for the service and was told IF the ants returned to call as there was a 1 YEAR guarantee. 2 weeks later there was a new siting of citronella ants. I called and was immediately told the chemical works for 90 days? Not sure what that related to so I said I was told there was a 1 year guarantee. The gentleman said I didn't tell him what was treated but he went very quickly to telling me there was no guarantee. Every question he asked, I answered and he misheard my answer. ie " DId you get a treatment Interior or exterior or both. " I said "both", he said "oh just exterior" so I said no "BOTH" louder. He then said he was going to hang up on me. I explained that he had misheard me and I was speaking loudly to ensure he could hear me. Several more exchanges like this, he seemed to prefer to argue than address the warranty.... He yelled at me, I reacted badly and hung up. The concern being what good is a one year warranty you pay for when you are IMMEDIATELY told it's 90 days, questioned, etc. I hope someone from this company will contact me and follow through on the guarantee I supposedly paid for - the tech said "if you see ants inside, call and we will come back to treat it". Which is great IF I could get through a call without being not heard at all. Misheard, told that I would be hung up on etc. First visit, presumably good customer service and I would have rated highly. However, follow up - terrible service and I still have ants inside. If I receive a follow up contact I am happy to amend the review. I understand people have bad days however, this was over the top.

Dynamic Pest Service solved our rat and mice problem. We had both rodents AND dead, rotting rodents hidden in the house. The smell in our entire home was beyond horrific. I called Dynamic and Steven responded quickly with solutions. I was ready to head to a hotel! The service is fast, friendly, smart, and reliable.

Steve called to let me know that he will pay to have our windows cleaned after they were sprayed with treatment when they should not have been. He called me immediately and reassured me that customers always come first. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for the excellent customer satisfaction philosophy. And, so far so good, no ants!

I was not happy with dynamic pass control here in Guelph in the care of the bedbug problem. First off they came in they did just spraying and they had to come back several times because the bugs were not gone . They gave a six-month guarantee and at the end of that six months they were not gone. When I phoned the company to say they’re not gone, after giving them $1000 the guy proceeded to scream at me on the phone and blame me. But the worst part was when the technician came and he had bedbug bites on his own face. I realize that these things happen but surely if he can eradicate them from peoples houses he can eradicate them from his own. I do not at all recommend this company for bed bug control. The man in charge of the phone was just so so rude do not use this company.

Steve was really knowledgable and professional. He spared us from spending over 4500k that we got from a quote to get rid of rats. Soon after the rat posion was placed by Dynamic we couldnt hear any more rat activity in the walls. I am really happy with the service!

I used to promote this business to others until they ignored me repeatedly and ripped me off. I own a restaurant and had monthly service billed to my credit card. I needed to suspend my service temporarily and they continues to charge my card. After I approached them they said they would refund it and never did. I gave them several chances (5 emails) with them following up lying that they did process a return. Liars!! do not trust this company.

My family and I just relocated to Guelph, when we moved into our new home we quickly noticed our newborn being bit, when we phoned the gentleman on the phone was quick to answer our questions and have someone come over immediately, our new home was than treated for fleas, the tech did a awesome job at getting every room sprayed to the best of his ability and nobody has been bitten since!
