Had them come out to do a heat treatment on my Guelph home. I had never encountered these bugs before so I was pretty freaked out but the sales rep on the phone was very personable and ensured me that I would getting the best treatment possible. When the technicians arrived they were very formal and addressed any issues that I had. After the first treatment my bugs were gone but they returned for a follow up after just for good measure.
