Nous étions sur place depuis seulement cinq minutes qu'ils nous montraient de nombreuses traces d'excréments, des œufs, des punaises mortes et... vivantes. Et ce, dans six chambres différentes, là même où Maheu ne voyait rien 14 jours plus tôt. À vous de tirer vos propres conclusions...

Our (17-apartment-building residents’) recent involvement with the Entreprises Maheu inc bedbug treatment has turned into a half-year nightmare. From July 3-rd to December 12, 2017 we had from them nine disinfections by various products. Due to their shoddy work during the first four sessions the bug infestation just kept increasing. Due to the absence of thermal chambers or any other equipment for heat treatment at the Entreprises Maheu, they actually forced us to replace all our soft furniture - beds, mattresses and armchairs - with the brand-new ones. We had to spend hours (on laundering, very-hot drying and freezing) preparing to each of their 5-10-munute disinfection session, living half a year with all major stuff packed. The Maheu employees are polite and look compassionate, especially in inventing excuses for their failures. However, they are surprisingly incompetent in what they are doing, and we will avoid to use their services in the future.

The problem has diminished yes, but we are still in quarantine and we still live in our garbage bags because we still find and each time it is an additional 3 weeks that adds, which seriously affects not only our quality of life and our summer (in full) but also greatly our mental health, for something that should have, as you say, take 2 or 3 treatment (4 to the limit). I do not see where, in there, I can have the shade of a satisfaction. Il me semble que ça ne devrait pas être si compliqué à traiter, je ne pense pas que ce soit normal comme service rendu. J'attends juste la fin de la garantie pour en appeler un autre si ça perdure. C'est notre santé mentale qui est en jeu à cette étape-ci. Sofa-lit traité sans avoir été ouvert à la 2e visite, service inconstant d'un technicien à l'autre. Sont bin gentils mais je doute de la compétence rendu là. MAJ/Réponse: Ce n'est pas moi la cliente, ce sont les proprios. Si ça peut vous rassurer, eux sont bien satisfaits du service, ils ont eu plusieurs communications avec vous depuis le début, mais ce n'est pas eux qui vivent un enfer depuis 4 mois. Ces communications ne servent à rien, ça ne règle pas plus rapidement le problème visiblement. J'ai fait la préparation telle que demandée, les chambres ont été vidées de leur contenu tel que demandé qui a été mis dans des sacs poubelles et/ou traité au congélateur (forcément, le reste de l'appartement est un peu encombré parce que je n'ai pas la possibilité d'agrandir par l'intérieur), les vêtements sont dans des sacs poubelles sur les balcons depuis 4 mois (pour éviter d'encombrer l'appartement) et sont passé à la sécheuse à haute température pendant 1h à chaque lavage, aucun autre traitement insecticide n'a été fait avant. J'ai pris la peine lors des visites, de demander aux techniciens si la préparation était correcte et ils m'ont toujours dit oui. Je me fous un peu de la radio et de la télé, ce ne sont pas eux non plus qui vivent dans les punaises et qui reçoivent les services. Ils appellent probablement ceux qu'ils connaissent tout simplement. Le système d'avis Google est fait pour donner notre avis, qu'il soit bon ou mauvais, pas seulement pour donner des bons avis, sinon à quoi bon? Le problème a diminué oui, mais on est quand même en quarantaine et on vit quand même dans nos sacs poubelles parce qu'on en trouve encore et à chaque fois c'est un 3 semaines de plus qui s'ajoute, ce qui affecte sérieusement pas seulement notre qualité de vie et notre été (au complet) mais aussi grandement notre santé mentale, pour quelque chose qui aurait dû, comme vous dites, prendre 2 ou 3 traitement (4 à la limite). Je ne vois pas où, là-dedans, je peux avoir l'ombre d'une satisfaction.

Je me suis rendu à leur succursale avec ma bestiole dans un ziploc. Il s'agissait bien d'une punaise de lit. 2semaines plus tard! Le premier traitement (la proprio refuse de faire affaire avec une autre compagnie) J'ai tenté de les contacter pour savoir vers quelle heure il allait passer, jai eu comme réponse: l'horaire n'est pas fait. Appelez la veille La veille: appeler demain matin a 08h30 (la journée du traitement) La journée du traitement: 07h45 l'exterminateur cogne chez moi pour que je me prépare (retirer les draps, couette, bref tout ce qui est sur mon lit) et il repasse pour exterminer chez moi seulement à 10h45. (durée:15min) Il me dit que dans 2 semaines ils vont repasser pour le 2ieme traitement. 3semaines plus tard! (aparament il ne pouvait venir avant) même histoire pour l'heure du traitement! le mr. dit qu'il n'as rien trouvé mais je lui dis que j'ai toujours des piqûres et ce, à chaque nuit. Il fait le traitement de mon matelas et sommier et je dois me pogné avec pour qu'il fasse le matelas de l'autre chambre.(durée:8min) Il me donne une feuille et me dit tien prochaine visite dans 2 sem. Alors que la date correspond à 3 sem. plus tard!! 2sem après je tue 6 bébés punaise et rappel Maheu. La dame au téléphone me dit que c'est normal ce sont les derniers oeufs qui n'avait pas encore éclos. Si jai encore des piqûres quelques jours avant, Il y aura un traitement la journée du check-up 1sem plus tard: c'est la visite de contrôle. (durée du contrôle:5min + 10 a tenter de résonner l'exterminateur) Le Mr. a vérifié et a dit qu'il n'y en avait plus. Je lui ai répondu que la nuit d'avant j'avais tué une punaise et que ce matin, j'avais encore des piqûres! J'ai sorti mon ziplocs avec mes cadavres écrasés et il m'a répondu qu'elles étaient morte! (NON SÉRIEUSEMENT! JE VIENS DE TE DIRE QUE JE L'AI ÉCRASÉ!!) Bref il a refusé de faire le traitement sous-prétexte que ce n'était que des punaises résiduelles! et qu'elles allaient mourir. Si dans 2 semaines j'en ai encore il ferait le traitement! 4jrs plus tard, j'ai encore des piqûres mais je n'arrive pas à voir de bestioles. Bref, PIRE SERVICE DU MONDE
