Terrible service. Any questions we asked were met with a shrug and half hearted answer. They had a small selection of salads and none of them were fresh looking or had any real redeeming qualities. Their deli's food was overcooked and they didn't offer any extras (napkins or sauce) and had them hidden in an inaccessible spot. The store also looked old and looks like it hasn't been upgraded or redecorated in almost 10 years. Just seemed like a bargain supermarket and low selection.

The produce is more selective but i have come home with many a rotten fruit at the bottom on a bulk fruit container. Cashiers are not helpful in any way if you bring your own bags and will pile all your food and may spoil your chips and bread items. This can be very anxiety inducing experience.

My go-to place for authentic Chinese sauces and ingredients. Happy they carry T&T brand Asian foods as well as the best Chinese dumplings in the freezer section. Overall, the store is clean and well organized. Also like the clearance items and foods you can get and save in the freezer. One downside is that I find the produce isn't always the best quality and can be expensive.

If casher is under 19, they have to call an adult to ring the wine up as they're not allowed to touch it. That holds up the line and makes you stand out from the crowd... I was at the stor this evening and purchased some groceries decided to use my MasterCard as I collect air miles twice I ran my card and it was denied?? The cashier in a nice loud voice let's all around me know that my card is denied and than says in a loud voice "have I any money to use on my credit card"!! I am not sure what was wrong with your machine but my MasterCard was not overdrawn and I did not appreciate the cashier being so rude I will not be shopping at Atlantic Superstore again the service is very low standard, I won't be back again.

I really like superstore but I have not had great experiences at this location. A lot of normal items are sometimes not stocked. Produce is not always fresh and is not suitable to purchase. But the worst is the cash experience. Only 2 registers open with huge lines in the middle of the day. And I've never had a friendly cashier. No greeting, no smile, nothing just rude.

We need a new location. This place is bat-$@#t crazy every single day. And the biggest pieve is there are NO HAND BASKETS! If the small carts are all out then you need to grab a dump-truck for a cart to grab the 10 items you might need on that day. We started just going to Fresh Cuts for smaller shops. Way easier to shop there and the prices are always almost half. Plus the staff are super awesome at Fresh Cuts.

While picking out some cakes for a birthday I decided on a plain white circular pound cake with buttercream frosting...atleast that's what it should have been. The cake was put together kind of sloppy, being the cake wasn't frosted evenly (showing bare cake in some areas) and the round shape was sort of going oval. The frosting didn't have the buttercream smell or taste it should have. Instead it smelled like absolute play dough. It was odd but I bypassed that. Now the inside is what made me mad lol... Again this was supposed to be plain pound cake, and yet it tasted like lemon (in some spots more than others, if that even makes sense?), and strangely enough, the cake seemed like 50% pound and 50% celebration cake. It was semi-fluffy, which isn't right for pound cake. I live away from this superstore or I would have taken it back. I'll still be letting somebody at the bakery know, however I don't know how these many things could be wrong about a came if it was a pure mistake. I won't not ever get a cake from there again, but I'll be smelling and inspecting it before leaving lol

Attendant at self-checkout totally clueless regarding interaction with customers. I pressed an incorrect selection and while looking where to cancel and reset this ARM appeared across my field of vision, pressing buttons and taking an item from my hand and placing it out of reach. I addressed her and said I prefer to be spoken to before someone interferes. What's wrong with asking whether I needed help? Her response was that I'd 'totally pressed the wrong option'. My response was that she had no business cutting in without the courtesy of speaking to me first. These people need training. I was computer literate years before she was born. This was my first (and last) time in this store, so not surprising that I was experimenting with the commands. I wonder what her relationship is with her grandmother.

Hello, as a frequent shopper at GB Superstore I had to comment about todays visit. I frequently buy Scotsburn coffee creamer possibly 3-4 at a time. The price is good, generally. I asked at the courtesy desk for a raincheck for there were none on the lower shelf. The girl said because it was not in the flyer and it's an in-store special she could not give me the raincheck.
