I have a groundhog who is digging holes in my yard and eating my garden, so i called Mario to catch and relocate the groundhog elsewhere. He set up 2 traps, and the next day caught 2 raccoons and let them go on my property. The next week, he set up the traps over two days - he caught 2 skunks and again released them on my property. Unfortunately, the groundhog wasn't caught. Although Mario and his wife were very nice, for $200, I had hoped more would be done. Now I still have a groundhog problem and I'm out $200.

Came in on Sunday at a very reasonable price. Came for a wasp infestation (they were coming inside the house) and found a nest that was well hidden. Saw some signs of mouse infestation as well so took care of that for us. Great guy and you could tell he took great pride in his work. Hope to never need him again but will definitely use him if I do!

I called them for a mouse and racoon problem. They got rid of the racoon, but the patch the put in the soffit left a massive hole for mice to go in/out. This was after the owner of the company quoted me a discount (as the 1st company I hired didn't do the job). I insisted it wasn't their fault and that I'd pay the $400. On the day they showed up, the price went up to $500 and then they categorically refused to address the mouse issue I had hired them for. The owner of the company was disrespectful and I had to hire a 3rd company to come and re-do the repair job that Pro-Tech did. Why hire these guys? You'll just have to hire someone else to come fix it again after. The 3rd company I called came by and sealed up the house, placed traps and gave me a 6 month warranty on the mice.

Martin returned as promised, two days later exactly as planned with an assistant and specialized equipment to aid in my issue. after about 3 weeks of trying to spray a hornets nest hidden behind our eves-trough cladding we gave Pro-Tech a call. Michel the owner and Andre his assistant came out on Labour day, much to our surprise. Both are very friendly , & professional advising us what they planned do as well as explaining about the products were going to use. They also indicated that if a second trip was necessary that there would be NO CHARGE. Michel also has a great sense of humor. So far the hornets are staying away and the ones who went back to the nest are as they say dropping like flies.
