I called in August 2020 for outside carp ants. A tech came and did treatment outside direct to the ants nest, powder and liquid. Also he treated the whole house. We had to call him 4 times for the same issue, every time he add different product. 2 weeks ago I called as the ants issue never ends. Tech came and says all ants are coming from electrical plug and he will order different product, and we have to remove all plugs cover to be able to do the treatment. He just does not know anything as we never seen ants coming from the electric switches or plugs. Very bad diagnostics and not recommended.

Bottom line is we had nightmare with bed bugs. Multiple failed attempts, with failed jobs by other pest control people, and we felt at the end of our line with the issue. Martin came in, not a guy with many words, but said he’d get the job done and it would be fixed. I reserved my review to see whether the bugs would come back as people who’ve had them know bed bugs can come back. Well there gone and this 5/5 star review is the most easy review to give. He fixed it and we have our home back.

They had to come three times at our house for treatment and we still have bedbugs. I called and asked them if they do heat treatment, and they don't. I called them not long ago because I am looking into other exterminators. They do steam treatment and guess what. You have sooo much preparation to do. DON'T CHOOSE THEM. Go with a more expensive exterminator that really does heat treatment because with a real heat treatment, you don't even have to empty drawers, put things in boxes or do any big preparation. No wonder your prices are so low. You were recommended to us but I don't even understand how you're still operating.

Absolutely useless company. Their contractors are very rude and curse if you don't agree with their opinions. We had a squirrel making holes in the apartment and all they did is patch holes. It kept making more holes and got through while I was away and ransacked our place. The contractors didn't check the outside of the house properly to look at all the point of entries. Nor did they check the roof. If you want urgent service, then forget it. They will take days to inspect the situation.

So just like the other negative reviews they don’t do anything. You have to pack everything up and they show up for 10 mins and leave withoutb having done a thing. Had to call another company to actually have something done and I noticed my neighbours did the same. DON’T DO IT! They also have no clue what’s happening. She keeps telling me we are all clear and don’t have any bed bugs but there’s stuff being thrown out weekly with “infested” signs and the amount of people moving in and right back out because it’s so bad is proof that they don’t do a thing.

Put on cage and patched holes. This did not work as the racoons ripped off his patch job and let themselves right back in. They are now clawing through our ceiling and have put holes in the ceiling about to come through the bathroom. (I saw their claws come right through ceiling) Called to come back, and he puts same cage on and said he will patch it again. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT WORKING. Did not search around for other points of entry. He said this is all he can do.
