We had a really bad Asian ladybug infestation and decided to get an exterminator. We reached out to Marc from Parasitex and I cannot say enough about his service. We had just purchased our log home and were pretty discouraged, thinking we'd have to open up all the upper walls and redo even the whole attic (we had THOUSANDS of these ladybugs). Marc came in and reassured us he would do everything he could to help us manage this and he did. He came back to treat the place three extra times at no additional costs. He is super responsive, takes pride in his work and has outstanding customer service. If you need an exterminator, you really can't go wrong with Parasitex. We moved into a new house last summer and we had a serious earwig and box beetle problem. This spring I figured why not get ahead of the problem and contact an exterminator to have the outside sprayed. I contacted Marc to come and spray for the bugs and he came right away. He explained everything to be about what he was doing, gave me advice on how to deter them and showed up right on time. I have not had an issue with the earwigs or box beetles since. I then noticed we had an issue with ticks on the dogs. So once again I messaged Marc yesterday and he came out to my house today to spray for the ticks. He once again explained everything he was doing, gave me some tips on how to prevent ticks and sprayed right away. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would give 10 stars if I could. I would recommend Extermination Parasitex to everyone.
