I am so angry with this company! Last year I ordered treatment for caterpillars in tree and paid money for 2 services, and make the deal with ALEX CLOUTIER(don’t know he is the manager or boss) that I can use the 2nd service next year. Today I called the company, it is said they can’t provide the 2nd service because they can only do the 2 services in one year!! And they don’t admit the 2nd service any more! What makes me most angry is that they said they changed the company, it is not the same company any more!!! But the website, contact and other information not changed! I can’t believe I find the company like that, I feel I was deceived! So disappointed!

I am writing this after doing business with this man. I would highly NOT recommend his services as he did not comply with the contract terms and conditions that we have set. This man is dishonest and very unprofessional. I have paid him for 5 services for the entire year and after only 4 services he decided to no longer honor the contract that we agreed to. He told me that I do not understand pest services, which did not make any sense to me It is a great shame Mr.Martin that we are no longer doing business. Any one who is looking for pest control please BE AWARE that this is a dishonest and untrustworthy business owner. BE AWARE Thank you, David
