We had a family of birds move into the vent of our kitchen stove. Capital Wildlife Control was able to remove the nest and replace the kitchen vent as well as the nearby bathroom and laundry vents. We didn't want the birds harmed, but we didn't want them to be our roommates either. Capital Wildlife Control did great work for us and were very friendly.

After I call Capital Wildlife control , they were responding & coming to my home in the second day to fix the Raccoon problem after a bad experience with another company . They were very professional and knowledgeable as well as skilled in humanely removing a raccoon from our attic. They were restoring and cleaning up the holes damage in the side roof. I used these guys to try and trap a couple of groundhogs on my property. They dropped off a couple of traps just fine. The guy was professional and all... put a couple of apples in it and left after telling me the rest was up to me. I had to put new apples in it, I had to open and close them at night, etc. Which is fine... but I paid for a service. At the end of the day, they caught nothing and charged me $140 bucks still. It was a mistake to use them. I could have purchased two traps off Amazon for $140.

This company has poor customer service. After contacting them and making arrangements for them to come to my house, they never showed up, and many times they called at the last minutes, saying that they have a raccoon to save. I'm a serious customer who wanted professional service for a substantial job to do in my attic (insulation and attic clean-up). Professionalism isn't what I found with this company. I guess if you a raccoon to save, then they are OK.

We had a racoon invasion and Vincent came out on the holiday weekend to assess and propose a game plan, and he and Alain were back the next day to take care of business. Excellent customer service and attentiveness until the racoon was safely removed. We’re very impressed with their honesty and job knowledge. Great service. We got quotes to remove a hornets nest from several locations and not only did Capital Wildlife respond the fastest, they were the only ones who asked for a picture and the location on our house before giving us a quote. Like other reviewer said this company has horrible service, they damaged our wall paint and promised to fix it. they kept saying they would come back but they never did from summer until winter. One of the owner Allan took my stuff and told us coming back to fix it, never does! We called many times; they don’t pick up the phone. Even answered phone today, but he is very rude. No sorry, no apologies, still can not fix the damage. We paid the service, but they never complete the promised job. How can this company treat customer like this? In the future NEVER use this company and not to refer to others.

I would give this company a zero if I could. These reviews are total lies. I waited all day for them to show up .My husband called them all day they just kept saying they were on there way, never showed up. Then stopped answering his calls.Then when I called they picked up right away. Then lied said they texted my husband and then tried to make me feel bad for his waisted time .Hahahahahah. Terrible company, terrible customer service, and terrible people. If you didn't want to work today you could have just called .

I contacted Capital Wildlife Control due to mice issues at my rental property. I had been dealing with this issue for years, tried another company two years ago which did not permanently fix the issue. Alain showed up on time and inspected the house thoroughly, inside and out, and came up with a well explained game plan that required two more visits to permanently resolve this issue. The visits were coordinated between Alain and my tenant with professionalism and the work done was completed with great care at a great price. I highly recommend Capital Wildlife Control to anyone As they are transparent with their prices, knowledgeable and professional.
