I had Matt come out to check out my attic as we could hear some scratching around...sure enough the chippies have taken up residence but will soon be looking for new accommodations. There is some damage that Matt assured could be remedied, he took pictures to show me and explained in detail what needed to be done. Very professional. I didn't have to blink an eye as to whether I wanted him to do the work when he handed me the detailed quote. I can't wait for Matt's return next week. Mar 30/21 Matt returned today as promised and did some extensive work to keep the unwanted chipmunks from returning to our attic. All possible entry point om our metal roof have been sealed, new wire screening on our ridge vents, new wire screening on the roof vent. Thanks Matt????

Can't say enough good things about Matt, "Phoenix Defense Pest and Wildlife Control". He went above and beyond with the problem I had with a "Masked Bandit", Raccoon. That little guy was a handful to say the least, but Matt did what needed to be done to get the freeloader to leave, and keep him out permanently, all with a smile. Probably one of the nicest, most personable people I have ever had work for me. If you need a pest problem solved, you can count on him. I am glad I called him. Matt was wonderful to deal with- he was able to come quickly to help us with a yellow jacket nest in a tricky spot under some siding. He explained all the options and gave his recommendation along with the relative costs. He sprayed the nest and told us to contact him if we saw any more sign of activity. Matt checked in a few days later to make sure they were gone. Service was efficient, friendly, professional, and effective! I wouldn’t hesitate to call Phoenix Pest again for any issues. Matt, Phoenix Defense Pest and Wildlife Control is professional, punctual, pleasant and got the job done. I had a mother raccoon and her babies making a home in a garage and also trying to make another home in the attic of an apartment building. After he installed one way doors they have all left. He came back once when the babies wouldn't try to open the door and the issue was resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or contact him again if I had another pest or wildlife issue.
