I've decided to edit my initial 5-star review from a year ago. At first, Frank and Cindy were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, attentive and professional. Their customer service was wonderful, which is why when they presented me with their annual spider control plus program, I didn't hesitate to sign-up. That's when everything went downhill. Their spider control plus program costs just under $500 for the seasons and is supposed to be 3 treatments around your home scheduled 50 days apart, and whenever you have an emergency (ants, wasps etc.) they'll come out free of charge. Signing-up was an absolute "no-brainer." But trouble started right from the get-go. Not only were they consistently overdue and late with their treatments, but the program didn't even work.
The worst moment however was when I woke up on a Friday morning in July and found ants all over my sunroom. In a panic, I called Cindy at 10:30 am explaining the situation. She told me to take pictures, send it to her and she would get back to me. By 1 pm I called her back asking for an update. She mentioned that Frank would be calling me. Needless to say, by 5 pm I stopped waiting for the call and took matters into my own hands. The aggravating part of this was that I was leaving for a wedding in the morning and really couldn't have ants crawling all over my home. After explaining my frustrations to both Cindy and Frank, they truly didn't seem to care. They did however, offer a few too many excuses.
The final straw came after they were late yet again, for the final treatment. I called Cindy and explained my frustrations with this program and the entire situation but she really didn't care. Throughout this entire "mess" at no point did I ever ask for my money back nor treat them with any disrespect (even though I wanted to yell and scream). To this day, I still haven't received an apology.
All this to say, think twice before you consider signing-up for their program. It's a waste of money and you'll be left waiting when an emergency strikes. Your better off paying $250 for each time they visit, because the'll actually prioritize your call.
