We had a terrible wasp problem at our house a few weeks ago, couldn't walk out the door without seeing ~20 wasps. Gave Bob a call (on a Saturday!), and he immediately scheduled us for service the same day. A very nice man named Connor showed up and sprayed down the whole house. It's been a couple weeks now and the effects were immediate. Have not seen a single wasp since. Excellent service, nice people, and a fair price to pay for a wasp-free summer!

Called Durrell for some wasps trying to build a nest in my vynl siding near the top of my roof - DPM fit it into their schedule that day because of the relative size of the job. The DPM Team member who came was professional and respected the property while not trying to push unnecessary product on me. The first application did not work entirely as there were some wasps who remained and tried to rebuild; however Durelle said on the phone that "they stand by their work" and returned that day. Problem solved - will use them again if needed. No pushing of products or contracts, just the work you want done, great. Price was as expected for this type of service. I did not receive any benefit from writing this positive review and I am no affiliates with Durelle Pest Management in anyway.

We have a well-established wasp problem that recurs each year. The Durelle team responded quickly to our call, was done the job within minutes, and we noticed a difference right away. When I called Bob concerned about a pest issue as well as payment ( I work Sept- June and this was my off season) he was super flexible and willing to accommodate. He sent Conner over the next day to inspect and assess the situation. Conner was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. It was obvious he had lots of experience and knew exactly what to look for. We ended up not needing the service ( other companies may not have been as forthright). Friendly and empathetic, this company clearly cares about their customers. Easy five star rating from me!

Purchased two sprays for an ant problem I was having(cash). After spraying the first time, i contacted Bob for the additional spray. At this point he refused to spray the second time saying "I provided additional spraying in the first treatment, and wont be providing an additional spray''... Would not recommend, and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Since we have so many wasps in our front yard I had to keep my children away from this area. Had the hornet/wasp spray treatment done back in late May. I have a crippling fear of those buggers, so I was glad to have something to keep them away from building nests and such. Lasted the whole summer as promised, and was impressed speaking with Bob on the phone and the gentleman who did the spraying. I'll be sure to call them again for next summer.

Called Durrell’s pest control with a ant problem. Bob the owner answered the phone and sent one of his technician over the same day . Connor answered all my quisetions and was able to adrress my carpenter ants the next day as I had to make arrangements for my pets . We had an out of control mouse problem last winter and spring. We decided to call Durelle Pest Management and we Couldn’t be happier. Our house on the lake stays empty until we get here in the summer and the mice go crazy. We did not see one mouse after having them in in the spring. We did a fall / winter backup as well. I had some bees and ants inside and after one visit they were gone, i have had mice as an ongoing problem and they got that under control. I called in a frantic, heard a noise in my attic, somehow a raccoon had gotten in. They responded promptly, were professional, took total control of the situation and were reasonably priced. The raccoon is now gone and I can sleep at night. Would definitely hire them again, however hope I don't have too. Thank you so much.
