I've had a great experience with this company. I own my home and seeing pests in my house is very stressful. The employees and owner have been super understanding, kind, and have gone above and beyond to help me. I've asked some 'out of the box' requests and they've done them without pause. They are very accommodating and very willing to help and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them!

So far they have all been friendly and helpful, plus the prices are reas! The guys who come out to spray during Covid-19 are wearing a mask. At the moment I would highly recommend them! Give Shelly a call she is the best! Every time I speak with her on the phone she is always very friendly, helpful, and she seems to love her job. I have never felt like she was rushing me off the phone, dreading speaking to another customer, or anything of that nature. She actually makes me feel like she is glad I called. I have done all my business over the phone since I joined and so far I have had absolutely no problem. So thank you Shelly for making the experience enjoyable in a time where most folks out there have lost touch with Respect and common courtesy for their fellow man!

This is truly a great company! I had a contract with them on my previous home for 6 years. Never an issue, friendly and easy to work with. I just purchased a home and had some concerns with the termite inspection made by a different company. I called Terminator, and not only did they answer all of my questions, at my request they inspected the property the very next day! They made it possible for me to be comfortable closing on my home, and made it to where the closing did not have to be delayed. I definitely recommend Terminator, and am very glad they now have the contract on my new home.

Started using this company when I briefly resided in Fort Smith. I've had the same person handling my account and he's always been so friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. After moving to Rogers, we have kept them as our Pest Control, and they've helped us with Brown Recluse issues since buying our new home. Definitely reasonably priced and know what they're doing.

This company is a joke! Save yourself the headaches, money, and time. This company is unorganized and completely disrespectful. All they did was waste my time. My start up fee was higher than what I was quoted over the phone. Once I had my initial booked, the tech arrived at the wrong time, causing a missed interior spray. After the initial was missed due to the company’s lack and improper communication skills. Seeing that I still had bugs after multiple treatments, I asked them to cancel all of my existing contracts. I was charged for services they didn’t complete. Ultimately I called another company and the bug issue was resolved first time around. Dishonesty and unethical business practices is what this company is. The service was horrible! The scheduling is anything but flexible. And their products does not work. They are dependable, honest, knowledgeable, courteous and very competitive with their rates. It is rare to find a vendor that knocks it out of the box every time, but this company never disappoints. Had a great experience speaking with Billy! Billy gave me great customer service, answered all my questions professionally, honestly and with great patience. My mother and some family members currently utilize Terminator and they have had a great experience with their service and their prices, but I wanted to do my due diligence and call a few other companies to compare. After dealing with sub-par customer service, communication and exponentially higher prices(some were $1,500-$2,000 higher), I decided wisely and choose Terminator. I would highly recommend utilizing their service. Best decision I could have ever made. Don't waste your time with anyone else!!! Thanks Terminator!!

We have had Terminator Pest Control come out to our apartment twice. Both of the techs were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Their prices are reasonably and the treatment worked right away! We had them come yesterday and this morning we have found several dead bugs. The first time they came and sprayed we didn't see a spider for months! They also worked with my fiancé's schedule as he is a night shifter. Great business, highly suggest.

After working with Abco and agreeing to terms, terminator absolved Abco, told me their new terms...I then had to go through many channels to get approval for his price raise, once approval was granted i called back to commence service and was told they cant service my apartment complex...thanks for leading us on...now my tenants think im a liar because they all expect pest control to start from you....back to the drawing board just to start this process all over again. smh...
