Unprofessional and poor service standards. They seemed cheaper than other sites at first, but judging that they just walk around your yard pretending to put stuff down I would say you get what you pay for. Asked for a deferred service and got charged anyways. Would NOT recommend at all. When told I wanted to cancel, was told there was a $179 cancellation fee due to their "special". Next visit will be interesting, I am sure of that.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. 1. They just want your money. 2. COLTON will con you, argue with you, shame you, and put you down if you try to cancel service. While doing so COLTON will make sure to put a bad word out for any and all of his competitors and tell you exactly why rumble is an exceptional company and he doesn’t understand why anyone would want to drop their service. While not allowing me to cancel my contract he kept me on the phone for 20+ minutes expressing to me how I am in the wrong. After this he had a discussion with my husband which turned into 2 days of him texting my husband. Then telling my husband exactly how he thinks and feels about us dropping our contract. It’s unbelievable the manipulation and narcissistic behavior that was coming from an “owner” of rumble pest solutions. I would never recommend this company. EVER. My husband finally hand to tell Colton if he didn’t stop texting and calling repeatedly then he would be blocked. He never responded afterwards; thank goodness. No company should ever make a customer feel the way we felt. Definitely after being loyal and paying for services even when we were unhappy. We understood the contract fee and we’re willing to pay it. We didn’t need anyone shaming us.

I had some concerns that popped up in a few reviews I'd read online after their rep left yesterday. Chance took the time to address my concerns before any service was performed in what felt like a very honest, professional, and reassuring manner. They were incredibly respectful and attentive to my home, my house full of rescue animals, and the disabled person here. They were very kind, warm, friendly, non-intrusive, super thorough, and professional. Even my hyper-protective dog liked them! If you're an animal person, you know why I mentioned it. Justin, with Rumble Pest Service, was great. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. He got his guys out immediately. We were having issues because of Orkin. To get them out they just wanted to over charge us. Whereas, Rumble Pest included everything in their service for no extra cost!! Since we've had Rumble Pest the last 10 days, we have seen a huge improvement. We are seeing big bugs dead. They wiped down all of the spider webs in the eaves of the house and around the windows. The flies and mosquitoes are gone. Our trail of ants are gone as well. We can actually go outside and enjoy our yard without getting bit. Highly recommend using Rumble Pest!!

I give it two stars because the people that work at your house do a great job, however not everyone is like that there. I was not home one day, none of my family members were and the pest control worker did the job well done at my house but couldnt go to the backyard because its locked and he needed someone's signature, he simply gave it to a random person that was near my house and went home. I tried explaining to the office that the signature was not hours that he either signed it himself or took some random person signature but they did not care, she, the lady that works there I'm not going to say names because I dont know if I will be breaking ToS or confidentiality stuff but she talked to her boss and she said her boss was going to give me a call to fix the situation, 3 days has passed and I havent received a call from them. This is how professional they are. Overall the job done is really well but be really careful when signing a contract with this guys.

Rumble Pest solutions.. Beware! They will leave your gates open, use your outside faucet and leave it running. Then once they acknowledge they are wrong, they will try and charge you to get out of there agreement.. I had to pay hundreds to get out of my agreement, even after spending countless hours fixing their mistakes. Very poor customer service.

We've been residential customers with Rumble for a couple of years now and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Their service has been a great value, especially with including pest control across the entire lawn and not just inside and around the house. Every time we have had any issue, a free service call resulted in a quick response and tailored treatment to address anything ranging from ants to spiders or carpenter bees. They've also been very considerate of a running history of our service by checking up to make sure the problem was resolved and retreating for the same issues again the next time without having to be asked. The last few services have been done by Lucas Brewer who has been especially kind and attentive to go above and beyond with our service. Rumble has been proactively accounting for all of our needs leaving me with no need to look elsewhere. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone needing pest control services in the area.

They have at the house 3 times in a month and we are still finding spiders. Contacted them to cancel our contract (which we were told we could at anytime) they said we have a one year agreement. They supposedly treated the yard, but I found crickets around the base of the house when I was mowing the yard. I am not satisfied at all.

But they seem to always show up while it is raining and I have noticed that it does make the treatment less effective, no matter what the techs say. I can tell a difference. Details of the contract were poorly explained by the young college student family member from Utah and when I was not satisfied and wanted to cancel I was informed their would be a large financial penalty for doing so. I am a business owner myself and understand the valuable importance of a happy customer and referrals apposed to an unhappy customer and bad references. Doing right by others is more important than holding people to a contract.

By far the best pest control company I have ever dealt with. We were finding spiders, centipedes, and beetles in the house as soon as it warmed up. These guys came to talk to us about their products and prices. My husband and I are very particular about what kind of treatments we use in the house and on our yard due to losing a dog (our kid) to kidney failure after being poisoned. The guys with Rumble were never pushy with us to make the sale. In fact, they dealt with my husband and I as we asked to see all of their label ingredients so that we could do our research on the products they would be using on the property. They waited until we were ready to sign up with them. We have tried many different companies over the years, but have never used a company that goes so above and beyond. Today (6/14/2018) Dylan came for our routine outdoor year treatment. But it was anything than routine. He noticed our fly problem by the back door and used special spray for that, noticed that wasps had built a nest on our fence, so he knocked it down, sprayed the area and ended up getting stung. He did all of that without having to be asked. Rumble Pest Solutions simply care about their customers and we love them!

The contract was poorly explained, and we were told we could cancel at anytime no charge. That was a lie. Extra fees for cancellation, and no matter how many times I asked them to discuss with my wife (she runs the house), they would repeatedly call me at work. We suffered through their 1 year contract and I ended up having to spray my house and yard myself because the service was so poor. Turns out I do a way better job than the "professional". We always had a hard time getting them on the phone and were very happy when we were done with them. Think twice before using these folks. Edit since response from Rumble: way to pass the buck to us. Wife's response, my husband gave the number on 3 different occasions. I cannot help if your employees are remiss in entering the number in the system. I myself gave my number on a few occasions and specifically stated "do not call my husband as he is at work". The times we rescheduled we were give one day notice you were coming out and we requested you come out the day after or 2 days after tops. I highly doubt your chemicals effective time range was impacted by that extension. In this review we DID NOT mention bug problems as that was not the issue. So to bring it up in your response is unnecessary BS. We did not have any problems with spiders nor ants. We clicked on those things for the review because that was what you were treating for. But since you went there.. we did have problems with fleas. A few times you were unable to fully treat due to rain, not your fault, and once we requested spray for that in the the house and I pointed out places our animals layed and spot treatment was applied. We did notice a decrease in the flea population. So once again we did not have a problem with the treatments applied, except for the half treatments due to rain and only spot treating inside. Our total grievence is with the communication side of customer service and lie at sign up we could cancel any time at no charge. Thank you for your response.

He explained all the products being used and reassured me that they wouldn't be harmful to my dogs. He even went the extra mile of sweeping down all the cobwebs and wasps nests from my garage (something other pest services failed to do..)! He was here for 7 minutes. I called the office to complain and they were quick to schedule me a new appointment. Signed up a little over a year ago. Was told we could cancel contract if we were unhappy. Tried to cancel about 6 months in because half the time they came out we got 2 days notice they were coming, most of the time they couldn't do a full treatment outdoors for fleas and ticks because it was raining and would just wash away the chemicals. Repeatedly told them about a silverfish problem, still have silverfish. Asked about roach treatment and we're discouraged from using the company for roach treatment. Last time they came in my home to spray I asked for flea treatment in the house, dude walked around with an aerosol can of something and spot sprayed. Was told I could not terminate the contract early without paying for the entire year so we continued service until the contract ended. Contract has ended. Got a call another 3 days before they wanted to come out. Immediately called and said we don't want to renew our contract. Was told "oh we don't renew. We just continue coming out." I immediately canceled service and made clear we DO NOT want to continue service. Husband just got another call from them. This is another ongoing issue. We have consistently asked they contact me in regards to scheduling and they flat out refuse to call or text my number. Doesn't matter now because WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CONTINUING SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. STOP CALLING AND TEXTING. YOUR HARASSING MY HUSBAND AT WORK!

Justin arrived at my house and parked in my parking stall, then I told him what I wanted done but he paid more attention to my pets than doing anything else. He got the front of my house and parking side of the house, didnt get back or sides of house. He sprayed outside for fleas and ticks or whatever he did and it made everything worst. Had a signed agreement with this company and they kept showing up ahead of schedule and charged ahead of time multiple times. Also if you have them read the signed agreement closely because they just start it over again without permission if you don't give them a cancellation notice after the agreement is over. Also after I cancelled the CO-OWNER showed up to my house to try to sell me their services, when there is clearly a NO SOLICITING sign on my front door. Sketchy company overall I would give 0 stars if i could, be careful with them.

When we moved into our house here, it was full of German cockroaches! Rumble took a lot of time and effort to help us get rid of them. Spencer was super knowledgeable about how to get rid of these kind of cockroaches, and he came out any time we needed him to! It took some time and we had to be diligent, but I haven’t seen a cockroach for a few months now! I am very pleased with the quality of service that we had from rumble. The salesman was nice, and Spencer has been great. Good service at a good price.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. These people are dishonest and you do not want to use them. We have a dog that was literally poisoned by the stuff they used on our yard even though they want to claim it’s safe. Our dog wasn’t even able to walk and we had to take him to the emergency vet in tears thinking he was going to die. $700+ later, we took him home with charcoal treatment to help detox anything he’d taken in and he still wasn’t himself. These people told my boyfriend on the phone they’d had several complaints about this. You all should and will be sued by someone whenever it kills their dog. We got lucky.

First and foremost, I supports local businesses, until a pushy salesman (this week) (was a young lady 2 weeks ago), rings my doorbell 2 or 3 times and hammers on my door like a raving lunatic, waking a 5 year old from a nap, and getting within 2 feet of my face without a mask. There is literally not any kind of sign in front of my house inviting roaming neighborhood peddlers for a sales pitch I’ve heard from every other Pest Control company ERIK. Unless it’s Girl Scout cookies or something that benefits Veterans, I’m not interested. And you Rumble Pest Control should probably have your street peddlers tested for Covid regularly before sending them out to get in people’s faces. I told ERIK I wasn’t interested and to leave a card, and if I was later down the road, I would call, but he kept on with his BS sales pitch. NO MEANS NO, no matter what the situation is ERIK.

First tech that came was wonderful, very through and took necessary time to treat our yard and even around the perimeter too. Did a very good job spraying the doorways, windows & corners of house as well and wiping off any cobwebs, etc. 2nd tech seemed to be a little more hurried about getting done. The yard appeared to be well done, but a couple areas around the house where some cobwebs with the egg sacs still on it were in the entry way and around outside light fixtures by garage.

Today was no exception.... without my even having to ask, they can back to do a respray. During the last service on July 2nd, immediately on completion of spraying a hellacious thunderstorm rolled thru so the tech scheduled a respray just to be safe. Colton is very responsive when I’m freaking out about the creepy crawlers and Spencer treats both my home AND my spa to make sure nothing gets thru! They treat more than just the perimeter and I love them for that! If you want a pest control solution who actually listens to you - this is it!

Signed their contract and also understood it automatically renews. The contract is 4 treatments per year at ex amount of dollars, $108 maybe. Math it out to $432/yr for quarterly treatments portion only. One day recently I received their regular text for upcoming treatment and thought it seemed they have been coming over too often. They had. 5 quarterly treatments in 10.5 months (this doesn’t include the first treatment fee which is a blatant money grab, probably for the time spent selling you), and this upcoming treatment would be 6 in 13 months. They time their visits from what I assume they consider to be optimal, in order to take you for about 30% more than what you signed up to pay. They don’t deserve your honest business.

The sales person assured me that I could cancel anytime when I told him that I was Not interested. He kept insisting that I try their service because I could easily cancel. He never once mentioned that I would be charged $130.to my credit card I’d I did decide to cancel. Furthermore, Rumble Pest solicited me by banging on my front door. I never contacted them for a solicitation.

I wish I could give zero stars. A couple of the techs are nice but that’s the only upside. They never fixed my initial problem even after servicing for a full year. I signed up for one year in a rental house, I specifically told the company I was moving and would not need service after the year I signed up for. They decided to ignore me and continue servicing the house that I no longer lived at and charging me for it. Ridiculous.

We really felt like we were getting a killer deal, the customer service was great, the price was awesome even if the salesman was a little pushy and we asked several times if we could talk it over and have him come back and he kept saying that he couldn’t. We researched and saw they were family owned, we are big supporters of local businesses so we went ahead and signed after asking a million and one questions, under the assumption that the service was $100 every 3 months. Then they try and charge my account for another $100 about 30 days after the first charge, when I call the company, a woman tells me that they have a second quarterly charge during the first quarter. But that it moves to quarterly after that. Well is it quarterly or not because that’s a monthly fee of $100 not $99 every 3 months. This was not something that we agreed to and I don’t want to worry about random fees throughout the year. I told her, we were not paying $200 dollars for what was quoted at a $100. It’s a quarterly service not a monthly service. She preferred to lose my business and a years worth of money over $100 that we were not even informed of to begin with. I advised her, we would pay the cancelation fee (another fee we asked about and the salesman avoided) but that the extra $100 was not going to be paid. She refused, she stated she would send me to collections over it. We have been with them 1 month, this is terrible customer service and it’s misleading sales practice. Im only writing this to warn other potential customers of the extra fee, I will be reporting this business to the BBB and disputing with my bank. I’ve never had to do this before, it’s sad they claim to be a family run business but act this way.

They sprayed my house for bedbugs several times upward of 5 times and after three months we are still getting bit. I paid $600. and called for another spray and they told me that I will have to pay another $600. Why would I pay another $600 for an ineffective service. I will be looking into canceling for quarterly pest services since I’m still having problems with bed bugs

The technicians were great. However, the salesman answered most my questions but didn't tell me that if I cancelled the contract that I would be billed $160.00. It was the technician that told me - after I had set up the contract days earlier. He asked me to read a letter/statement on his pad that stated that. Could not read it because of Covid-19 distances. I asked if he would email me that and he skirted the issue. Don't appreciate finding that out after the fact and not receiving the document he showed me via email. Makes me wonder what else was in that letter/statement.

I use rumble for my parents home. We used a different company that wasn’t solving the problems we had. My mom than switched to a local guy who was handling the bugs on the inside for us but the dogs were constantly coming inside with ticks on them. Winded up making the switch this year in January and haven’t had any problems. The first treatment saw a few more bugs than usual, we called the office and they handled the situation with professionalism sending their technician out that week to retreat our property. In northwest Arkansas these guys are hands down the best and their pricing is incredible. Really genuine people who are providing exceptional service at a very affordable cost to the community!!

This company started out with great service. Then for the last two quarterly visits, the employees were basically teenagers with absolutely no experience. The guys who came out were nice, but relied on my husband as to where to spray and what next. We cancelled service well before any other service would be due. However two weeks later we were charged $108.41 (deducted from our account), not once but again two days later. One finally was reversed, but the second one still doesn’t show by our bank. The office staff has yet to apologize for their error. The only response is they don’t know what happened, but why did issue a refund. No sorry....nothing. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
