I contacted Rose Pest Solutions on Tuesday, 7-12-16 because I had a basketball sized hornet nest around one of my security lights. The next day one of their technicians, Ford McGibbon came out. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He explained how he was going to take care of it. First he sprayed around the foundation, windows and doors of the house. That was to keep insect pests out of my house and also keep the hornets from coming back. Then he sprayed the nest and knocked it down. He told me that I should avoid the backyard for 24 hours in case any stragglers that were not in the nest showed up. He said if any came back to the nest, if they landed the chemicals would kill them and the chemicals would deter them from wanting to come back. One of my biggest fears about having the nest removed was that I would have a lot of angry homeless hornets buzzing around my yard. I have two dogs that I take out there. Well, 2 hours after he left, I decided to check back there and I have not seen one hornet! So, I am extremely happy with the service and I will definitely call them if I have any future problems and will certainly recommend them to other people!

They did a pretty good job. They said they would contact me for the weekend to be sure the animal wasn’t trapped over the weekend but they didn’t and the bait was empty without triggering the trap so I called on Saturday but even after speaking with someone, they didn’t get back with me. It took about a week to get the animal removed but it did eventually work. Kinda pricy at $300 but what are you going to do?

Checked all the above service because with their continual services I have NONE of the above!!! Not cheap tho. I guess you get what you pay for. I did have a continuing problem with an odd unlisted bug, and they wanted to charge me extra for the service. That was a surprise jab. I refused to pay the extra cost of service, used alternate DYI traitement, which worked.

I called Rose Pest Solutions to help with a dead rodent smell in my house. The technicians called me directly after I spoke with the receptionist. We bounced some ideas back and forth on where it could be coming from and they asked if they could come out. They were here within 15 minutes. Offered to take their shoes off and offered to wear a mask. They inspected the area around the smell, but unfortunately were not able to pinpoint it. They left me traps and plugged a few holes around the exterior of the house. They gave advice on where I should put the traps, the type of bait to use, and how often to check. I asked how much I owed and they said nothing because they couldn't find the source of the smell. I gave them some money to buy lunch. I would highly recommend Rose Fort Wayne to anyone.

So how do you schedule an appoinment for a customer and call the same day and say that you're not coming because you're too busy? Isn't that why you schedule appointments in the first place? SMH......call someone else please...NEXT!

Great company. Met with Jeff and had a free inspection to find the infestation. He sent somebody out the next day in the middle of that day while i was at work and the problem was gone! Highly recommended, Cheap and VERY effective. They even offer to come back 10 days later to respray a chemical treatment just to be sure your pest problem is completely gone. By far the lowest pricing the in businesses, They wont rip you off like the other guys will. Thanks Roses!

I did not use this business because we were scheduled for them to come between 1and 5 PM. At 3 PM I called and asked if there was any way they could tell me about when they were coming. The young lady I talked to told me she would have them call me. At 5 PM I called back to let them know that no one called and no one showed up. She told me she would have her manager call me and it’s 6:45 PM and still not heard from anyone. Won’t be using their services.

Called several times and also used online chat. After 5 conversations I was informed they would schedule someone to come out and give a free inspection and a quote for service. After answering multiple questions over the phone i was inforned that their service would be $1200 per apartment for one treatment and only guaranteed for 90 days. Each apartment is less than 600 sq. Ft.. what a joke!

After a failed attempt and $400 already paid with a junior member of the team, Adam came and very professionally set the traps, closely monitored and caught the groundhog that had been cleverly evading capture. I will surely call him again if the need arises.

I will not recommend anyone use rose pest control this was the poorest service I have ever received. august 12th josh was supposed to come to my home and find out how the rodents were getting into my home he did none of the sort.josh came and placed about six or seven old fashion mouse trap in various locations which I could have done for about twenty dollars not the 280 I paid to them. When I called to make a complaint about Josh's poor service they sent him back out which was a complete waste of my time he did walk around the outside of the house and point out a few spots he thought they might be getting in but did not fill the holes like they said he should have when I mentioned it to him that he was supposed to fill the holes as they had said on the call he laughed it off and said my fault I dropped the ball .PLEASE DO NOT USE ROSE PEST CONTROL!!!!!
