Best service out there and I work in multi-family and have worked with multiple different companies. I have my house treated every other month and DJ always works with our busy schedule to accommodate us. He’s extremely professional, affordable, and quick! We also have 5 kids and he’s so very patient with them. He’s never bothered by their 50 million questions either. When it came time to sign the invoice he took the time to involve each and everyone of them letting them sign, even if my 3 year olds signature involved squares lol ***one happy loyal customer***

Remix came out, in under an hour, to our hotel parking lot to spray our car and all our luggage for the bedbugs we had picked up at an AirBnB (blech!). Remix was unbelievably fast, professional, thorough, and reassuring. It was $425 for the treatment, but given the emergency circumstances I had expected to pay a lot more.

I absolutely love Remix Pest Control! I manage an apartment community and while we don't have an overabundance of pests (thankfully!) when we do my residents expect prompt service. DJ is almost always able to get a tech out within 24 hours of us phoning him. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Remix for all your pest control needs!

That’s not me who left a review for this company DJ. That’s a friend who saw how you left my home and decided to leave her own review. For anyone who would like to see what my home looked like after Remix Pest Control came by to “inspect it” for bed bugs, feel free to type in the hashtag #RemixPestControl in the search bar. Photos of my experience are public on Facebook. Unfortunately, their FB page has been deleted because it really looked that bad. My apartment complex hired them to treat a downstairs unit that was infested and decided to have everyone’s unit treated. I travel for work and hadn’t been home or notified of their coming. Long story short, my family and I thought my house had been broken into. IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS! Again photos of the “carefully turned over” furniture is on FB. You can see for yourself and be the judge. The owner DJ, did schedule an appointment to meet with me but also cancelled on me the day of. After speaking with the manager of my apartment complex they informed me that he didn’t bill them and my apartment wasn’t treated because I didn’t have bed bugs. It was just an inspection which is the opposite of what DJ has told me. Either way, treatment or not, I would never expect for the things I’ve paid a lot of money for to be handled by professionals that way. Nor did I expect such an unprofessional response from a business. This isn’t to discourage anyone from using them. This is simply MY experience with them and hopefully their policy will change on how they handle other people’s belongings in the future. Other people have great things to say about him and his services but for me... one star is very well deserved. ***ADDITIONAL EDITS IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANIES RESPONSE BELOW*** Wether y’all treated my apartment or not isn’t my issue. The fact that my home was left in SHAMBLES regardless of treatment is my issue. I’m NOT the only tenant who complained however, I am the only tenant who took photos. Your lack of empathy, as I have NOT BEEN IN INDIANAPOLIS FOR WEEKS BECAUSE OF WORK, and lack of understanding that this is not a personal attack against you because I was not there is just unfathomable. Your account of my home being treated and my apartments account of how they told your employee to “Count their days” especially after having seen the screenshots of our FB conversations before you decided to delete your business page... those accounts are TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS!!! They ( according to their words) were NOT billed for ANY services to my home, which was left with the living room furniture turned upside down. They told me countless times how this (your work) was inexcusable. I have receipts for everything I’m saying and I have absolutely no need to lie. I understand you wanting to defend your business and reputation but I need for you to stop taking this as a personal ATTACK. It’s not your fault that I’m not home because of work, however as a business.... I would NEVER expect to come home to what I saw. Nor would I expect this petty going back and forth. Instead of accepting responsibility, you decide to deflect and blame me. And that’s ok... you even edited your response to the previous review... but I’ve screenshotted it all and will add it to the public post for the sake of transparency. I wish you the best DJ. I would hire you to DJ but as long as you leave people’s homes looking chaotic there’s noway on earth I’d ask you to treat me for any pest problems. Again, we’re only two of 12 but the photos don’t lie. Let people decide for themselves. And I would’ve never responded to this... I wiped my hands clean but when my friend told me you thought you were talking to me on the previous review I thought I’d leave this so you can address me directly since you cancelled our meeting. The company who hired you has said THE POLAR OPPOSITE of what you said. Maybe they’re playing us both... idk... but I can only go off of what they told me, and they were not pleased with what they saw in MY unit nor were they billed. Best of wishes to you DJ.

Every problem is not a one contact solution and they are glad to come back to get your problem resolved. I have tried other more highly advertised companies and not been happy with the end result, but Remix will work with you and get your pest problems solved. Give them a try!

Not only were they able to come out immediately to remedy a property we were working on , they also came to do preventative services at the house as to double down on our precautions after working on the property of concern .
