Due to receiving ONE bill TODAY from this company after my husband had thought it paid the day they did the termite inspection for our house insurance (in JANUARY), and having a late fee tacked onto it...I'm absolutely floored. Supposedly they've sent other bills, but somehow they never made their way to us? This bill was dated in April, but it's May 14th...We paid the bill, but I will never use this place again, nor will I advise people to use them in the future. There are much better, less shady folks out there. $170 is absolutely asinine for an annual termite inspection.

They were able to get there the very same day so that my construction was not delayed. The process was professional, courteous and super fast. I wish they could expand their company to be my new Pest Control Company. I highly recommend them.

We have been with Five Star Pest Control for many years for our termite inspections. Their price is right on par with the other companies in town but it is their service that sets them above the rest. Jesse handled our termite inspection and was right on time. He communicated very well to arrange the appointment and throughout the process. Jesse is extremely professional, courteous and thorough. During the global pandemic it was appreciated that he wore a mask and other PPE without us having to ask for his own safety and ours. That was greatly appreciated during this time as was Jesse's professionalism and fantastic work. Thanks, Jesse and Five Star - highly recommended!
