I am a travel nurse renting a pre-furnished house and noticed a couple bites close together on my upper torso. My mind automatically went to the darkest place and I was so so so nervous that the house I rented had bed bugs. I contacted Extermco via their online messaging center and requested an inspection. Josh was quick to reply and set up a time that worked with my schedule. Upon the day of service he even called ahead, said he was running early with his other appointments and asked if I would like him to complete the inspection an hour early. He gave me an exact ETA and stuck to it. Josh was professional, friendly, nice, and extremely informative. He put my mind at ease and was positive that there were NO BED BUGS! Hallelujah. He did find some carpet mites on the furniture but was able to treat the entire house during the same visit. I also did not feel pressured to have him treat my house, which I felt was a big plus. Josh even went as far to mention that since he did treat the house, if I noticed any problems over the next couple weeks to give him a call and they would take care of it. Josh was a gem. I would definitely recommend Extermco.

My home is located in front of an abandoned apartment complex. There is a swimming pool that was never drained and is a breeding ground for mosquitos. Last summer it was nearly impossible to enjoy our backyard because of this. Justin Shoup came out this passed Thursday and treated my home, yard and the swimming pool.
