I have been with several other termite/pest control companies and disappointed with every one of them for financial reasons or their products working. I have only used ELITE for termite inspection but prefer their prices and they have good customer service. They are on time within 15-30 mins of appt time and I haven't had any trouble with them in the several years I've been with them. I plan to continue with them and recommend them to others. I am receiving a credit for giving this review but this is still my honest opinion.

Just FYI they do not do yearly inspections when you pay for a termite policy. Got into an argument with the office lady and wanted to switch to a different company but it would cost too much money so I kept them and sent a check and apparently "they didn't get it". Went to pay my renewal this year and found this out. I have the carbon copy where I sent the check but that's not good enough to work with me. Now I have to pay someone else another few hundred to get another policy. Absolutely ridiculous service.
