So I own to homes. One is an income property the other is my primary. I have repeatedly asked to have them call the management company to schedule an appointment for the income property and they can come to my primary residence the same day. Every time they switch techs I have to make a phone call with the same request. I will find a company that can handle putting notes on my account so that I do not have to explain the situation every 3 months.
EDIT: Tim Adams called me & made it right. I appreciate the lengths he went to to make sure that I was taken care of. I sent an e-mail inquiry in the middle of the week and asked to receive a quote via e-mail. They ended up calling to verify that I wasn't a "robot," which is fine, BUT the fact that they did not call me until the following Monday is what upset me. They got my information and I stated that I would like a technician to come out Thursday or Friday. She said that was great, that the technicians prefer scheduling days ahead like that. I was told that a technician would be calling me. Here comes Thursday, I still have not heard anything. So I sent them a message. Still nothing. I called first thing Friday morning and was apologized to. No problem. The problem is that I was promised a technician would call me AS SOON AS we got off the phone. Well, it is now 2:30 in the afternoon. Have I heard from a technician? No. Very unprofessional. I am a first time home buyer and am new to all of this so it is very displeasing to have this experience with the first place that I tried taking my business to. Would NOT recommend.

Service was purchased by previous owner in June 2019 prior to closing on our now home. We contacted them in May 2020 bc we found termites near our home. No one came to check it out, so we found a new pest control company that WOULD take care of us. Did not sign a contract with Adams, and didn’t schedule a renewal of service because we are beyond happy with our current company. Despite calling them MULTIPLE TIMES and being promised that it’s been rectified, I keep getting bills from them.
I love Steve our bug man and THE SERVICE ADAMS PROVIDES, he use to could message me whenever we were ready for our quarterly bug service to schedule it. About a year ago, they started having the ladies in the office call, which threw us off. Now today, I get an automated call that they have scheduled for us at a time in the middle of the afternoon, that we won't be there. I WISH THEY WOULD GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY...BECAUSE THIS NEW WAY STINKS!!!!!!!!

I called Adam’s and they had Zale out the next day. He did the initial spray and baiting that day, and is coming back in two weeks to spray again. He was very informative and friendly, and didn’t make me feel gross for having roaches in the first place. It’s cheaper than having my landlord provide pest control, and so far it has been very effective. The roaches have been evicted!

They never came to my house, but the previous house owner had them. My annual inspection was done in November. They started calling me and my husband starting in May. I told them several times that it was done in November. We bought the house in January. We have been called about 7 times asking us to schedule an inspection. We told them every single time that it wasn't due until November. We were told that they'll update our records. Tell me why we got an invoice from Adam's pest control today stating that we owe money for services that weren't done? I talked to a nice lady on the phone today and she said she will take care of it and will remove us from the list as well. I'd give the lady a five star but the company itself a 0 for not keeping accurate records and sending invoices for services not rendered!

This company really tics me off. Not happy when I call the Russellville office told to call little rock office, then given another phone no., had to leave message Monday and no one calls me back and it's Friday. Having to wait for a phone call these days is like pulling teeth. My time is a valuable as theirs.
I don't have a problem with my exterminator. Love the guy. My problem is with the automated calls that schedule appointments without consent. Then when you reschedule the exterminator comes anyway and has no idea. Or when the computer system has problem it takes forever to fix in system. They eventually fix it but it just doesn't catch up to the guy coming to the house. My suggestion is just call your local guy and deal with him. Forget the main office.
Great service! Very friendly and affordable. My family has been using them for 20 plus years. They take care of termites, bugs, and they even do yard treatment. They also take care of mosquitoes.
They were very efficient in getting me scheduled promptly I had a pretty bad infestation and was told they would probably have to come back which after a week they gladly returned. I still might have to have them come back a third time I don't think there are quite as many bait boxes placed in all of the rooms that should be. But so far they've been extremely easy to work with and I anticipate no hesitation to help on their part.

When I purchased my home, the seller used Adams Pest Control. Buyer beware in the middle of all those papers that to sign is a contract renewal in your name for termite inspection . It’s really my fault for not reading every thing I signed. But by the time I got to the point of closing, I was give out and just ready to get it over with. So now I have a bill for services I didn’t want. I didn’t even know they performed the services. I work at home full time and do not recall seeing anyone walk around the house and they certainly didn’t come in. Lesson learned the $169.00 way.
I was very disappointed with this company. While talking with an employee about a free inspection he asked me if my house was on a slab or crawl space? Once I said crawl space his voice tone changed. He never called back or came by. I was very disappointed because my parents always spoke highly of them & that's why I chose to call them. I even called again and left my info for a cbk but never heard back. Maybe he didn't like the crawlspace? Oh well

Erik Maxwell is a beast at eliminating those pesky little insects everyone hates. Roaches / gone. Ants / defeated. Bedbugs/ no match. Mice / destroyed. Spiders/ well no one is perfect, he hates spiders. LOL, Just kidding, he will even eliminate those.

Two guys came to my house in Bentonville and treated for termites. They did a wonderful job. They were respectful and courteous as well. I would recommend Adam’s pest control based on these two representatives for termite and pest control needs.
So I canceled back in March and I just received a bill saying I owe 164.65 for them to complete a service. I know for a fact it wasn't even done I have been home and plus they can't get into my yard because of the locked gate. So they are charging people for services that are not even done.

We had a great experience with Adams Pest Control at first. We had one guy who came out to do our quarterly treatments who was very thorough & professional. Then there was a different guy who took over & he seemed fine at first but not quite as thorough. I am always happy to give someone the benefit of the doubt though so I let it go. That was a mistake because the service went downhill from there. The last treatment we received was a complete surprise, the technician called & left a message that it was time for our treatment but we were super busy at the time & had not returned the call. We got home one day to an invoice on our front door saying that the technician had sprayed. Since no one was home, he/she could not have sprayed in our house and our backyard is behind locked gates so he could not have sprayed over half of the outside perimeter. When we contacted Adams because we did not want to pay for a full quarterly treatment when we did not receive one, we never received an actual response yet we continue to receive bills. So beware that once the honeymoon is over you may not get the service you want.

Came home to my animals running around neighborhood. They were able to get out of yard since Wait for it. The technician left the gate open. Only reason. We even used adams. Was the previous owner purchased. Before we bought.
I used Adams for an initial home inspection. They called me a year later for an annual inspection - one that I did not ask for or need. I blocked their number because of so many phone calls and texts. I come home to a note stuck in my door saying they inspected the outside of my house, meaning they were on private property WITHOUT permission and THEN they sent a $163 invoice. In terms of business practices and customer services, I have never heard or seen anything like this. If I ever do need an inspection, I will make sure to use another company.

The previous home owners paid for a service through Adams for them to come spray. Only thing is no one has sprayed. I have been told a few times that i would be called back. I even called them one time and was told that they would contact me back shortly. I never heard back from them. Highly disappointed with how a business could not keep proper contact with they customers they are supposed to service. And I dont think they came back while I was not home since my gates are locked and my dogs hangout outside while I am at work.
I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and respond to my every needs by coming back to my house if I see any infestation reoccurring.
Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. My technician was right one time and extremely friendly! We originally signed up for the quarterly, but realized after they sprayed that they don’t really spray that much. This may be common with bug companies, but I realized I can easily complete this myself at a fraction of the price. Again, great customer service, just don’t think it’s worth the cost. Would recommend the company to someone, but would explain my above points with that recommendation.

Came home to a nearly $200 bill on my front door dated nearly two weeks ago for a service I did not request and had no knowledge of (leaving 2 weeks to pay under the net 30 terms I also never agreed to???). We were both home on the day listed on the bill and never saw anyone or heard the doorbell. It says "call to reschedule the crawl space check" but we never scheduled it in the first place. Why wouldn't an attempt to reach us be made for that while the tech was already allegedly here? Or the bill left then? Shady for sure but is this even legal? The service industry doesn't seem like the best place to follow "better to ask forgiveness than permission."

Their service is too expensive for what you get. Used them for two very long years hoping each quarter would be different but it never was. Their treatments do not work. Not only that, they will come to your home and spray the backyard but not the inside (occasionally leaving a note) but bill us for the full amount. Customer care when you call them are friendly BUT do not expect a quick call back (days will pass or no call at all). The last straw for me was when we had a new guy ( to us) come out to spray for fleas (we rescued a neighbors loose dog and put his flea ridden self in our yard). 1. We were told that unless we put our dogs on a monthly flea treatment, he was not coming out to spray because that was wasting his time. Ummmmm...aren't WE paying YOU? So...we ended putting our dogs on poison so he would come out. He told us we had to leave for three hours with the pets. As I was getting in the car, I see him walking up the driveway carrying a can of spray that has ALWAYS been used in my house WITH ALL OF US THERE. Clearly, their technicians are not trained the same way because for two years we have stayed in our home while someone was there spraying. After that incident, we decided to go elsewhere.

The service man showed up unannounced at my door to spray my house. I was upset with my husband thinking he had failed to let me know that he'd made an appointment with them. The man told me that my husband had called them and requested a service spray. I let him come in to do his job. I called my husband after he left and there was never an appt made by either one of us. I called the main office to complain about him showing up and lying to me saying he had spoken directly to my husband which he hadn't done. The woman who answered the phone assured me the manager/owner would return my call. That NEVER happened! That's the second time they've shown up unannounced at my home and lied about having an appointment with us. We won't be using their service again! I'll find a company who can be truthful with us. I don't like liars! ????

Poor communication. It is a challenge when I need to get in touch with my technician. I’ve left him 2 voicemails over the last week and a half. I’ve been very patient (seeing as we are still experiencing problems even though they sprayed recently.) I resorted to calling the office today so that they could put me in contact with him before the weekend, and once again I have heard nothing. **Update: Have talked to the technician and communication has improved. He does a great job in taking care of our problems, and we wouldn’t choose anyone else.
