This was my first time using this type of service as I'm a 1st time homeowner. With that said I'm extremely pleased on how professional and informative Corey is. Also when researching for an exterminating service they were the only company that offered everything I needed and for a reasonable price. I was freaking out because of a rodent problem and after his first visit he not only educated us on how we can control the problem but also told us the steps he would be taking to eliminate it. I'm happy to report that we no longer have a rodent problem and I can finally feel safe & secure in my home again. I signed up for an annual service and I will definitely renew it for next year. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help whether it's a one time issue or a monthly service, you won' regret it!

I decided to sell our home, so before putting it on the market I started to do my own inspections on anything that might be obvious as a possible issue. When we bought our home, our inspector made no note of termites so I figured all was just well. Upon my own inspection in my basement near the sil plate I noticed a few, what I thought might be termite mud tubes. I did not really see any particular evidence of any termite damage in the basement wood..but I wanted to get a professional exterminator's opinion, just in case we had an issue as it could have been a huge thing if termites were active. Long story short, I did the usual googling around and even checking local forums for hopefully HONEST reviews. I stumbled upon Pest Assassins and every review on Google and elsewhere seemed mostly super positive. I also wanted an exterminating business that was "not one of those BIG guys as I don't trust them." from past experiences in another home. In my opinion, a smaller Pest company to me has more to lose if they do a bad job, or turn out not to be not honest. I called Pest Assassins..made an appointment JUST for a termite inspection. I met with Corey..one of the owners and right away I felt this guy is a genuinely nice and HONEST person, and he is and was. He could have easily tried to sell me some $1500 termite bait station setup. Instead...he told me , yes I did have termite mud tubes..but they were old..nothing seemed active..and for piece of mind I asked Corey to treat the area with a chemical just in case maybe somewhere any termites might be hiding. It was all of about $300 plus Corey threw in some free extras like sealing up some gaps where crickets were getting in, and even possible mice. I had a bunch of back and forths with Michelle is wife and partner, as she does more of the bookings and any clerical type of work. I needed some documents for my buyers of my house and Michelle was off the charts HELPFUL. All I can say is if you want an HONEST exterminating company who also seems to do great work and EXCELLENT communication..look no further than Pest Assassins. They are SO honest I wonder how they stay in business. :) 5 stars PLUS!

Awesome!! Responds fast ,knowledgeable trust worthy, great rates..More important he will give you piece of mind.. rented a new house 2 months later family was being eaten a live every thing pointed to bed bugs, and if he told me it was bed bugs I would have believed it ... But turned out to be Carpet Beatles..After first visit we had much needed relaxation... Hope soon to be completelyrid of them...Ty Corey and Michelle ...well it now has been five days I'd say about 99%free and lots of peace .. and no matter how many stupid calls I make to Corey he is happy to answer great guy # great exterminator# funny as can be!!!

Corey did an amazing job treating for mosquitos in our yard. In the past, we have tried everything and nothing worked. He used an eco friendly treatment that worked like a charm. We have not been bothered one mosquito since the treatment. We will be calling him again to have monthly treatments done so we can enjoy our summer in our yard instead of being cooped up inside. He was knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and he really knew his stuff. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exterminator. I can't say enough about the professionalism he carries. Honestly I cant say enough good things about this company. I had a bee problem in the siding of my house and went through 2 different companies that promised the world and didn't take care of the problem. I came across pest assassins and they were very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the problem in one visit for a very reasonable price. Corey is the best. He's personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Last fall we were inundated by a problem no one else was able to even diagnose. It seems that tiny field mice had moved into our HVAC duct system. The big problem came after we killed the mice. It seems that mice carry microscopic parasite mites. Once their natural hose was gone, the motes came after us. Nothing we tried was effective. When I found Corey, he researched the problem cause and cure. He came up with a chemical that would take care of the mites and also set out a program to eradicate the field mice and end their play time in our basement. I can not give Corey a higher score.
