Our entire experience with Ameritech Pest Control Services has been outstanding. First, when you call the office, you talk to a live person. This is a refreshing change from navigating the usual automated phone system. In our case, we talked to Susan. She is pleasant and on the ball. The second step, of course, is meeting with your sales representative. Dan arrived when he said he would and checked our property thoroughly. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain everything. Like Susan, he is capable and personable. Our highest marks go to our technician C.J. He is a friendly and skilled professional. He impressed us with his depth of pest control knowledge. He has both extensive hands-on experience and the smarts to stay up-to-date on industry advances. C.J. understands that customers want powerful pest control solutions that are also safe for homes, families, and pets. He explained everything about the treatments he applied. What the treatments were, how they work, and why they're effective. The worst part of our pest control problem was palm rats who moved in to our scuttle attic. C.J. performed a careful inspection of our home to determine where the rats were getting in. He designed creative, aesthetically pleasing solutions to close the entry points. We've had two follow-up visits since our initial treatment and the results have been excellent.

Beware....there's a reason this company requires a years worth of service up front... I was unaware of anyone doing contracts anymore and so I see why they want the money up front... because they are not going to rid your home or yard of any pests....I also got their termite bait stations ($750 for this alone not including the regular pest control which was $350 for the year) and I just found out that there's 3+ different kinds of termites and this only protects against one kind (subterranean.) I also found that you can go almost anywhere else in Lee County and get this same thing for yearly prices of $100-$350. So please don't waste your time and money here. I've had them out three times now in a month time and still have all the same ants, earwigs, brown widows, and mole crickets. I can't say anything in regards of the termite prevention quality as its a new construction home and Massey did the initial treatment so the stations are empty but you wouldn't expect termites at a new construction that has been pre-treated. The one good thing I can say about this company is the people seem nice, but I did not pay them to be nice. I paid them to rid or prevent a pest situation and its not what your gonna get here, and there is a reason they want all of your money up front instead of monthly.

I found this pest control service when I moved here in 2017 when we bought our house we needed pest control services as there were some minor bug activity when house was emptied and they have been AMAZING and we haven't had any issues so we keep them for our 3 month maintenance sprays . I recommed Ameritech to anyone needing to get rid of unwanted Florida bug visitors that aren't paying rent lol

I searched for a pest control service on Angie’s List, I was looking for the highest number of reviews with an average “A” rating. Ameritech was one of the companies. I spoke with Dan, a Sales Representative on Saturday Night, he said he could inspect my home tomorrow (Sunday)@ 11 AM. 11 AM Sunday Morning Dan is at my door, I like prompt. Dan checked the attic, where the noise was being heard, checked the roof and A/C power duct, he advised there was some rodent activity. Then we sat down and discussed my options, we came up with a plan to address the rodent problem immediately, we also added a Termite Monitoring Program. We managed a flexible payment schedule. Everything was pretty straight forward and pretty painless. CJ, the Technician, stopped by on Monday Morning Promptly at 10 AM, I like Prompt, and got to work immediately. CJ did his own inspection of the attic, he confirmed Dan’s observations and indicated to me that there was rodent activity. CJ then explained that he was going to deploy rodent traps at both openings to the attic and would be back in a few days to check the traps. CJ then went on the roof to address the openings (missing roof caps] on the roof, he said he would be using a combination of wire mesh and expandable foam to seal the roof caps. He also sealed the a/c power duct with the same materials. At the conclusion of the services we made a follow up appointment for Thursday afternoon. In between the initial service and the 1st follow up, Suzanne from the office called me to make sure everything was addressed and to make sure our follow up appt. was all set. I expressed to her that I was very satisfied with the service and I would see CJ on Thursday. On Thursday, CJ returned for the follow up. Investigation revealed that 2 unwelcome guests were found. CJ advised that he would re deploy new traps and schedule a follow up for the following week. CJ then checked the openings on the roof and A/C duct and cleaned them up, he further advised that the mesh and expandable foam were not compromised. CJ then deployed termite detection devices around the perimeter of the house, (10) in total. Termite follow up, to be determined. CJ has been back several times since the initial follow up with varying degrees of success, at this point we do have any trace of any unwanted visitors in our attic. Thank You to the people over at Ameritech. Fast, Dependable and Professional Service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

I initially started using Ameritech Pest control because we had ghost ants that I couldn’t get rid of on my own. They were successful in ridding my house of they difficult to remove ants and for 6 years have continued to keep my home pest free. I have pets so it is important to me that whatever they use is safe for them. Only one time did I need them to come out between quarterly spraying and the problem was solved. They are the best!

All I can say is so far so good. I've not seen any insects in the home in the year I've been here. They spray outside and key areas quarterly and check the termite traps to ensure nothing thinks the home looks tasty. They check if I'm home before doing anything outside to ensure I am not surprised. And of course in these times the person has been wearing a mask. All nicely done, professional, and good results. So what's not to like.
