I go to Dollarama for several things that anywhere else is expensive. Paint supplies, gum, oven liners, Smarties, Crazy Glue, those little green wire garden fences and of course...cards. I'm a traditional card sender via Canada Post and Dollarama always has the best selection.

I only gave it one star just to share my experience. The checkout line weaved through the aisles and almost ( no exaggeration) to the back of the store. This is ridiculous to have to wait 20-30 just to checkout. I made no purchase.

Lacks east Indian groceries. Considering the number of east Indian that live here, this walmart doesn't offer much. We have put in multiple requests on items that are available in other locations but they don't bring it. They also don't have much variety of fruits and vegetables. It definitely needs major improvements.

Lot of products are available here. Quality is good compare to price. Very busy place. Store size is ok. Many products, but not organized. Staffs in the floor are not knowledgeable on products. You need to find things by yourself. Products levelling are horrible. 36 size is actually 38! No help in fitting room which is very difficult for choosing right size. I do not like auto check out! However customer service is good. It’s very easy to return products. There is a Macdonal there, which is good. Lots of parking spots including para parking. Shopping carts are available with $1 returnable coin. I go this store sometimes and recommend others to try this store to help support local business.

A very well organized store, everything is pretty easy to find, however they don't carry a lot of the things they used to. Their supply of fish matinence stuff is dwindling largely. They no longer carry any aquarium salt and the water conditioner bottles keep getting smaller.

Had an awful experience at Walmart fort McMurray today. Picked up $200 worth of groceries and they had no bags except very small Halloween bags. The self checkout worker did offer me a enormous box however it does not fit in the cart and it would have been way too heavy for me to carry. I do suggest stocking up on bags both plastic and all sizes of reusable bags for customer satisfaction. I have a cart full of small items bags were 100% necessary.

Disorganized, no cashier's, all self checkouts, employees gossip about and bad mouth other infront of customers, nobody knows where or how to park because the parking lot hasn't been repainted probably since the building was built, pot holes that will swallow your kids. Extremely pathetic Management and staff. No clear information provided at the time of checkout. I purchased an electronic last night before closing and the cashier didn't tell me that it was final sale and I couldn't return it. I came home and found out that it was not the item that I needed. I didn't open the box and went to return the item back right after work today. The manager was so rude and pathetic in his approach. He said that the return policy recently changed and they are posted everywhere. They won't accept the item. I replied that I just purchased a set if head phones from stables 5 minutes ago and they mentioned on checkout that it won't be returned or exchanged at the time of checkout. Why didn't the cashier told me same here last night or I wouldn't buy this item. He said they chose to tell you and we are not obligated to tell you that. Another reason to not to buy anything from Walmart again. This person should be fired!

Quiet place. Spacious parking. Separate way for truck and trailer. The shipping office do not remain open overnight. So my truckers friend, plz come accordingly. But there is space for 3 to 4 trailers near the unloading docks. Shipping office opens around 6 am.

Waited 35 minutes at electronics to purchase a TV and on a second occasion another 20-30 minutes again for an external hard drive. Askes MULTIPLE people to call for help and nobody showed up. Secondly, bought an air conditioner inside was missing pieces. When brought to return they didn't accept it due to missing pieces. Really? Terrible customers service, walmart needs to work on this.

First time visiting this store and my experience was Hmm an okay one. The few staff is not knowledgeable about the products they don't know where things are or what it is your asking them to locate. I basically had to go look myself. I think the staff should educate themselves more about where things are. Interesting thing is the staff that I ask for help were wearing the yellow vest which I was surprised they didn't know what I was asking for. At the cashier they didn't have wrapping paper to wrap my fragile items the lady just put it in the bag like that I had to ask her for extra plastic bags to wrap them myself to substitute for them not having the wrapping paper needed to wrap fragile items . Smh ????????

Mid sized Walmart, not as big as ones in the metro area but much larger than the Grand Falls location. Only Supercentre in the province outside the metro area. Different layout from metro area Walmarts but carries much of the same product. Lines do, however, become more congested when the store is busy due to fewer checkouts than a standard Supercentre you would find elsewhere. Overall, small town Walmart with big city product selection.

However, the worst part about the store is how unorganized it is and how they removed almost every cashier-run checkout in the store and replaced them with self checkouts a little over a year ago. The old setup was alot better and definitely gave more employment opportunities as a cashier.

A Wal-Mart that actually has staff that can usually answer questions/ help. Parking is nearby & other customers are reasonably polite (unlike many Kamloops Wal-Mart: parking can be a miles away & customers are just rude!!) I just wish management would stop putting people in the electronics area that clear no nothing about electronics... or create a "TECH CHALLENGED" button for those staff... so I don't waste either of our time.

I have been in a lot of Walmarts and unfortunately this one is the worst. The shelves are often empty with wrapped up crates of inventory blocking the aisles. So many things have no price marked and are in the wrong place. I posted a couple pictures you can see in the electronics dept. where the item are not at all what the sign above them show. It's looks like it could have used new floors about 5 years ago and now they have taken out almost all of the check out lanes and replaced them with self check out. Which is great if you have a couple items but not if you have a cart full. I appreciate Walmarts prices and will shop there but just really wish they could work on this place.

I Understand that the pharmacy closes at a certain time but there should be a way I can purchase gravol when I need to purchase it along with diapers and Buckley's. Ended up not finishing my shopping and went to Shoppers. When the pharmacy is closed at shoppers you can STILL purchase gravol it's in a secure plastic container that you bring up to front counter.

Walmart does have some of the lowest prices online! One of the things I love most about Walmart is the top-notch selection of unique professional vendors, you honestly get more selection from their online stores than their bricks and mortar. Walmart stays true to traditon with low and matching comparable prices, and the delivery is very quick. I have always gotten my order exactly has promised, and sometimes before I expect it! Its a great website with all the bells and whistles. It offers a tried and true shopping experience.

I spend 5 minutes around this place and I start grinding my teeth. It even starts in the parking lot before I park. Customers are ruse and have no respect for the store, I would feel bad for them but I feel it's self induced. The staff is always trying to be sneaky and play on their phones, the shelves are never stocked even though the palets are sitting in the aisles ready to be unloaded. I could go on for days; but since I have family that works there I will leave it that... I hear there is new management and they are interested in turning it into a superwalmart. Well I honestly wish you all the best of luck; just be sure to get the right leaders and remember that having respectful staff will make the customers follow suit.

Glad to have a Walmart but you are pretty much on your own trying to find things there. Staff is limited and the limited staff have limited knowledge or ability to help. Walmart tends to be the last place in town I go to get something.

Smells like black mold in the store even though they claimed they "never had any water" from the flood even though every other home and store in downtown area had major water damage. This reminds me of when they tried to sell toxic food from after the fire. Also used their "order online and pick up in store" for a Christmas gift. The item was delayed 3+ times (still haven't received it) only to be offered a refund. I don't want a refund I want to give my mother her Christmas present. Wal-Mart is ????

Worst Walmart I have ever been to. Fresh fruit and vegetables don't exist here. A few small aisles of groceries and a quarter of the store was open space with no product. Walmart should consider closing this location

I'm sort of used to being followed around in stores for the way I look but have never been accused before. I only had a small transaction of about 5-6 items but when checking myself out I was told that I didn't scan an item when it shows on the screen- the lady refused to even look and told me not to steal and to scan I again. It was only toiletries so I scanned the 5$ item again to avoid any hassle. They then brought two big security guards to block my exit and search through my reusable bag for a receipt to make sure I didn't steal anything.

I'm a big walmart fan, but I find the Fort McMurray Walmart is lacking in stock and organization compared to many others I've been to. The staff I have dealt with have been pleasant but I feel the store could up their game with what they carry. Specially in the children/baby area and home decor.

Walmart in general is a company that doesn't stand behind their products. I bought a frame...prefect size I was excited to use it but being a frame and the correct size I didn't keep my receipt. I opened the frame to use it only to learn that the glue holding the glass and the frame together was sticky and was going to ruin any item I used in the frame. Went to the store and was told they couldn't even exchange it without a receipt I didn't even care for my money back just wanted a frame that wouldn't wreck my poster.

I recently moved here in February. The Walmart where I am from all the managers and employees are super super rude. I come here in hopes that would change because I love Walmart but unfortunately almost all of the workers I’ve seen in Walmart up here is rude as well, not all but most. The ones in the electronics are super nice, but none of the worker I see out walking the isles are nice. Very disappointing to say the least.

An overwhelming amount of hog body. Cod McTrout. There was a man gerbiling in aisle 3. A woman was feltching in the next aisle. Overall a nice atmosphere. The ambiance tres German. I stole some cookies pooped on the floor and left.
