customer warning. I ordered flooring online to be shipped to this store. At the time of the order there was plenty of flooring . 6 days later I got an email that my order was cancelled because the item is discontinued. I tried to email and contact home hardware and according to their emails all questions were to be directed to the store where you pick up. I call Thompkins and they had no way of tracking or finding or even identifying my order and what really comical is they could not even direct me to someone who knows. My emails to home hardware keep bouncing back. Still no refund. Thankfully I paid thru PayPal and have filed a case for my refund. Do not shop here.

This is my dad’s favourite store! You can find everything from lumber to paint to boats here! The staff is super nice, greetings with a smile and always willing to order something in when they may not have it in stock. They have good sales and options for any renovation. The auto shop, store and even outdoor area are well kept. Would highly recommend!

This is a great store we bought a used item from them with no manual about two weeks later I truck pulled up to our house so they found the manual and they dropped it off how many stories would do that price is a great the people are honest I would recommend that you shop there as much as you can this is a wonderful store

Picked up my Yamaha side by side there today. Great folks to deal with. Everything was as we had agreed upon. I went to fill the gas tank up. IT WAS FULL. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and toys over the years. Never has this ever been the case. I will certainly be back there for my future needs.
