I use Norwest for consistent inspections to ensure my properties are well taken care of and I cant recommend them enough, I have my own contact Josh Koral who is extremely responsive and always makes time even when we forget to make our timely inspection appointments. Another thing I appreciate about my inspector is honest advise to do our own due diligence. Thanks to him I have happy tenants, and safe properties.

After moving in to our country farm we soon discovered that we had a cluster-fly problem. They were invading our home and we would sweep up hundreds of them several times a day as they would head indoors in the fall. After some internet research we contacted Nor West Pest Control. Their friendly staff got us scheduled for spray the following summer and we haven’t looked back. This is our second year for the spray and the problem has virtually disappeared. No more sweeping “fly bodies” no more incessant buzzing from thousands of flys. Just peace of mind. I definitely recommend Nor West Pest Control to everyone with invasive insects or pests. I have used Nor West Pest Control for several years for cluster fly control. I feel their chemical treatment is a good investment compared to the mental agitation of coping with cluster flies on the interior windows and exterior walls through the summer months. It is more effective and economic than Cluster Buster traps for each window, and more effective than vacuuming the interior windows multiple times a day. Service is courteous and I will continue to use Nor West Pest control for years to come.

As a local landlord in Thunder Bay, it is important to work with a specialist for both preventative and active measures for Pest Control. I would highly recommend this service, as I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service both at the office, and the specialist, Chris. The staff were on-site within an hour, provided clear and concise instructions to my tenant, and managed the situation effectively. I work for a local property management company. The company contracted northwest for bedbugs. After three treatments, the bedbugs aren't gone and were found after we were given the all-clear. That's disgusting for me, and embarrassing for northwest. I'm recommending to everyone to never use their services. Being lied to about the status of a building is bologna, and not being able to complete 1 job in 3 tries means you're useless. Good day.

I was impressed from the moment Josh arrived at my home. He assured me from the start that he would deal with the problem if it presented. He worked like a demon, thoroughly checking every inch of my home. He explained every inspection he was doing and what he was looking for. I have been a mess since I started breaking out in bites. I was convinced we had bedbugs after staying at a hotel in Sioux Lookout in October, of 2019.He assured me that he could not find any sign of bedbugs. I am so happy that I did not rely on everything I read on the internet. A professional like Josh from Norwest Pest control is the way to go. Nor West Pest Control changed my life for the better. The cluster files in our home were getting worse and worse every year. We couldn't even leave a glass of water uncovered or there would be a fly in it. They would buzz around the alarm clock at night when I was trying to sleep, and often land on my face in bed! I was vacuuming what seemed like every half hour to get them out of the windows! It was very embarrassing when company came over. Since we started our treatment all these problems (and nearly all of the flies) are gone! I have never noticed a smell from it. If you have the gross problem of cluster flies, it is well worth the money to have Nor West take care of it for you!

Got outside sprayed for ants last year and SAME story as previous reviewer. Guy said that it was guaranteed for one year, but ants showed up before then. So, the guy shows up at our place and said he wanted to talk about it but was not prepared to re-spray for free. I asked him what the point was of him coming to the house given that he had NO intention of honoring his guarantee. Did you think I was going to pay for your services again?!? So wish we had checked out Google reviews before we engaged this company.

We have been having Nor West treat our house for cluster flies for over twenty years. We used to have the south windows covered with flies inside and we would watch the flies crawl around on top of the snow. We don’t even pull out the fly swatter any more. Nor West comes when they say they will, they stay on top of things and reschedule each year, and the friendly workers do their job quickly and with a minimum of fuss. We highly recommend their services.

Reliable service. Timely, good communication as they remind us each year about when it's time to repeat the yearly service. Cluster flies were a huge problem in the fall and well into the winter. Nor West Pest Control has solved this problem for us.
