We called because we were seeing spiders and bees on our patio. They immediately got back to us and got us scheduled for an exterior spray right away. The office staff was extremely helpful and nice, you can tell they love what they do. The technician arrived exactly when she was supposed too, in the time frame we were given. She was very professional and very informative. Prices for the service were very reasonable! I have not seen a spider or bee since we had the spray done. We would highly recommend this company to any of our friends or family!!

Office staff is friendly and answers the phone when you call. Not having to use an operator or answering center is nice. The tech was prompt and very thorough! I highly recommend using this pest control company!

I am highly impressed with this company! I called before thanksgiving because we saw mice in our basement, and didnt want the situation to get any worse. They got us scheduled right away and actully showed up when they said they were going to. The technician took his time and was very thorough throughout the service. I would definitely recomend them to anyone!

FANTASTIC COMPANY! I called other companies in need of bee removal and they could not get me in for two weeks or longer. Or they wanted to set me up on monthly maintenance programs. I called this company, came out the same week and did not trick me into programs. Treated and removed the nest with no problem. Recommend this company!! Spencer was a friendly technician and very knowledgeable.

I was panicked as I am highly allergic to bees and when enjoying a hot summer day in our pool notice a seemingly large wasps nest on the side of our deck. I called around and most of the pest control companies could not come out or had a waiting list. But when calling Orchard Park Pest control they answered and were very professional! The office personnel were friendly and informative and gave me an appointment the following day! Their technician Spencer was a pleasure to speak too and professional as well.
