I highly recommend this service. I had a few mice sneak in for the winter, and Jerry came out within a day of my call to help me seal and trap them out. Jerry was so responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to have work on my place. He came multiple times over the span of 30 days to check on all the traps and equipment and to remove the dead rodents. As of today I am mouse free, and Jerry is the only pest guy I’ll ever call. Can’t recommend them enough.

I recently purchased a home in Niagara County and did not know of the pest problem around my neighborhood that found its way to my property which was way to close to home. I called these guys frantic on a Sunday (because they were highly recommended on another website, and I was shocked to get a phone call back the same day because I thought they were closed on Sunday), but Monday, Jerry was at my door and was ready to figure out AND handle all my concerns because I was stressed out, and ready to sell & move out the neighborhood and my property-- literally. Jerry is great! Always friendly and professional. This company is VERY affordable and does a great job, because whatever is going on outside is handled before I get wind of it now because of their maintenance program---and thats what I like.
