When they actually do your service most of the techs that come out are great. The corporate side of things is a whole other matter. They tell you one thing on the phone and then they don't follow through with what they actually tell you. Every time there was a service call scheduled I would have to call in and then the last "service" call they charged us for I saw no one come out or a door tag within the hours they say he came and they did the call 2 days out of our contract and billed us an additional $108. When I contacted their accounting department they said you are out of contract and your contract auto-renewed when I was told by the office manager 2 months before that I would get a renewal notice that I would have to authorize. The office staff basically tells you whatever they think you want to hear to get you off the phone and their corporate office doesn't even respond to BBB or NYS General Attorney complaints.

Jordan is very respectful and such kind and patient man. He takes his time to make sure he checks all of the traps and brings back ups when needed. My dog Buddy barked at him for quite a long time the first couple of time he came, and even Buddy is convinced--we like Jordan & he's our new friend! Very well priced and easy to get in contact with if there's an issue. I'd recommend EnviroPest to anyone who has any issues in a heartbeat. Money well spent.

EnviroPest has provided us excellent service for over 10 years. The techs are polite and always do a through job. We had a problem this summer with a swarm of flying carpenter ants and they came out and provided another in-between application of outdoor spray around the garage & home. I'm so glad to have this service to keep the "crawlies" out of my home.

First year they were OK. Second year we prepaid the entire year and they never came without any communication. We tried to reach out to them to inquire and dozens of calls went unreturned. We are still waiting for our entire year's prepayment to be refunded but keep getting pushed off.

This is the second time I have used this company and I have been pleased both times. Each time the tech called ahead to let me know he was on his way. And each time the tech was on time and professional. Both techs also explained what they were going to do prior to beginning the work and then after the work was completed they again reviewed the process of what had been done.

I had two other companies come and they couldn't get rid of them and said that they would have to go through the inside wall. Well enviro came, they even listened with a stethoscope. This company went above and beyond what I feel is the normal business ethic of many companies nowadays. They showed up early and I was not home yet to meet them. So, he had to leave to go do another job but he was kind enough to come back on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and take care of the problem. The tech was very pleasant and professional. Our tech, Mike is always courteous and thorough. He calls ahead to let us know he's coming just in case we need him to treat inside the home. We've never had a problem, and when we've needed additional visits in between our quarterly scheduled visits, Mike's been responsive. We have an all stone home, so it's almost impossible to totally eliminate all insects, but they've done a good job at minimizing.

10/10 would not recommend to even te most desperate of people. Guy who did treatment did a horrible job, all 3 times he came to the point I had to go elsewhere. Then after explaining this, they still tried charging me for services they did not provide. The guy was taking pictures inside my home, which is unsettling. Now, I've sent them receipts multiple times from the other service provider (orkin; definitely reccomend them!) over the TEN MONTHS this has been going on, and they refuse to answer or return calls. This company is by far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with. By far the worst. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER TEN WAYS TO SUNDAY.

I received an email from "Alonzo at EnviroPest" requesting a review, so here we go. I have never heard of or interacted with Alonzo Macmillan from "EnviroPest", nor have I ever contracted any work with "EnviroPest". I have a long, storied history with EnviroTECH, which appears to be the same business just hiding behind a new name, possibly to try to circumvent their well-deserved poor reputation and the several consumer fraud cases the NYS Attorney General's office has open against them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have been using EnviroPest for over 10 years at our log home. We have a seasonal service and are very happy with it. We are notified before each appointment so we know who and when someone will be here. If we have issues between services, EnviroPest has been very responsive. In fact, today they came within a few hours of my call regarding bees getting in the house. All the technicians we have interacted with have been very professional and helpful. We have had issues with invoicing, but upon a call or quick chat the issues have been resolved.

VERY PLESED!!! As the warm weather approached so did the bees. They were nesting all around the exterior of my home and being allergic I was afraid to walk out my front door. Mike is a very professional, thorough service technician. He has taken very good care of our property through quarterly service visits, both inside and outside, and communicates well with us via phone, text, and email to let us know when he will be coming out, and when we have had acute problems with wasp hives and carpenter ants (we live in a wooded area), Mike has been quick to respond and the problem taken care of immediately. We first started using Envirotech a few years ago, and some of the complaints voiced in previous reviews re back office support, billing, and communication were valid, however the company seems to be making the requisite investments in technology and communications support such that we feel customer service has improved meaningfully in the time we have been with Envirotech. At the end of the day, we have a great, responsive tech, and we feel our property is well taken care of.
