Did not used him, he quote me 1500 plus tx for spray and 2500 plus tx for heat treatment, and the visual check out was 120, the orange beard guy just sounds way too expensive also I got different quote from other guys his price is at least 2 times more expensive then other...... at the end I paid him 120 for the consultation and thats it.

Muhammad was called in to deal with an unfortunate bed bug infestation. He was fast and competent. Immediately after the inspection he agreed to inspect and clean a guest room so we could sleep in a clean bed. Then he returned a couple of days later and cleaned the master bedroom and inspected the rest of the house. He was very friendly and thorough, returning a week later to do a followup inspection and checking in a week after that by text. It was an incredibly stressful experience, but Muhammad guided us through it.

I had a bed bug issue back in 2017 and I had called another service and they recommended an extreme measure that just didn't feel right. I found this company, the gentleman came and did a thorough inspection and only recommended a deep cleaning of the localized area that the bed bugs were. It was such a relief that I didn't have to do the steam cleaning as recommended as the first. He was professional and very educated!!

Bedbug inspection and solution Tenants on the second floor of our father’s home complained about bedbugs in March 2020.. After reading Pest Solutions reviews I knew Muhommed was the exterminator for us. He's working all the time but was able to spend some time on the phone doing a pre assessment. On time for our appointment, very well prepared for COVID 19 and extremely knowledge about bugs given his 2 degrees in Entomology. The study of insects. Once in our house, he went for the hotspots and immediately found evidence of bedbugs. He thoroughly went through each room. After the inspection he gave me his recommendations on a treatment plan and a written report. Unfortunately, the tenants were not cooperative with what was needed for a complete treatment. Muhommed said he could do a "bandage" chemical spray but it would not work to resolve the issue. In his honest opinion, he felt I shouldn't spend the money on something that was going to have him back over and over. He advised to wait till I'm able to accommodate the proper scenario for a successful eradication of the bedbugs. I'm very fortunate to have found Muhommed as other exterminators I called were somewhat pushy and a hard sale. One company said they had chemical sprays at the ready and quoted me prices starting at $2000 before stepping foot into our house. Highly recommend Muhommed! Update: Sadly we are still in the process of evicting dad’s tenants (Covid 19 and LTB delays) Our situation regarding the bedbugs is worse as they multiply so quickly. Muhommed has supported our family by answering questions since we first met almost a year ago. Always reachable and always imparts his knowledge. Update March 22, 2021. Hoarding removal and cleaning, exterminate bed bugs I called Muhammad immediately after successfully evicting the tenants. The condition was horrendous. They left a lot of infested furniture, wall hangings, clothing and king size mattresses behind (which he properly covered). He came over and did an assessment of the situation. It was absolutely fantastic news to discover Muhammad provided a service to clear out the infested furniture. As it stood, our family would've had to do the move. Highly risking an infestation in our own homes. Muhammad worked like a machine for 2 days. He head down and 100% focused on getting the job done. He filled 2 14ft bins. On day 1 it became clear that we needed the second bin. However, we made arrangements for the bin people to come at the end of the day and they were fully booked. Muhammad is the constant problem solver. So that it didn't slow down the job he broke up the dressers, shelving, side tables into parts using every inch of the bin. The apt was highly infested even for I think Muhammad's standards. He then thoroughly vacuumed, used 2 types of chemical treatment and heat treatment to rid the apt of all bedbugs. He then did a quick chemical spray of the entire house for added protection. The results were night and day. We are so thankful for his wealth of knowledge and strong work ethic. I don't think anyone else could've done the scope and scale of this job. Price was as quoted. I hope I never need to use an exterminator again. But without hesitation it would be with Muhammad! Thank you for saving our house!

Very Satisfied Customer My husband and I highly recommend Muhammad from Pest Solution Services. My husband had many very itchy bites that were making life very uncomfortable. In an emergency appointment with the dermatologist, we were told that the bites were caused by bed bugs. We were devastated when we realized that on our travels we had brought bugs home with us. While trying to find a company to help us, we found out about Muhammad, an exterminator who specializes in dealing with bed bugs. We phoned Muhammad, who arrived within several hours. He checked our apartment and showed us eggs and several bed bugs in the box spring and in the wooden bed frame of our bed and several eggs in a wooden bed side table. All other parts of our apartment were fortunately clear. Muhammad encased the mattress and box spring of a bed in our spare bedroom with special covers and put bowl-like covers under each bed leg. For the first time in several weeks, my husband had a bite-free night! Several days later, Muhammad returned and spent four hours treating our bedroom. When he left, he urged us to phone if my husband had another bite or if we had any questions. Muhammad phoned several days later to check that all was well and arranged to return to do a follow-up check. We are bug free! We have found Muhammad to be very professional and he is obviously an expert on bed bugs. In fact, on his business card it says that he has a Bachelor of Science with honors in entomology/pathology. Throughout this experience he has patiently explained to us the habits of these bugs and what was needed to destroy them. We are very impressed with Muhammad who has proven to be very reliable, competent and easy to speak to. We are very happy to recommend him.

We had a bedbug outbreak in our house, in all three bedrooms. Muhammad not only did the work to perfection (had to open up bottom portions of the wall to expose the egg clusters and nests!), but after he used special chemical treatment, he came back several times over the next year to re-inspect and ensure they were gone permanently at no additional cost. Two years later, we started to experience a rat infestation problem. I trued using regular rat traps, and would catch 2-3 of them every night, for over 2 weeks, but they just kept coming! We called Muhammad again, and within 3 days, they were all gone. Once again, he comes back every month to check and make sure all is in order. I would highly recommend this company to ensure your pest problems are taken care of. Also, he's not just an exterminator - he is a true scientist, studies his industry constantly.

I realized we have bed bugs on Saturday evening. Muhammad responded to my panicked quote request right away and he was able to come for the inspection on Sunday morning! He spent 2 hours+ inspecting every inch of our condo. The news was not good, we definitely had bed bugs, but he calmed me down, explained his approach and was able to do the treatment the very next day. That was enormous relief for me. Muhammad's approach is tailored based on the level of bed bug infestation and draws on his expertise as the entomologist. His kindness and professionalism is superb. Muhammad was just fabulous and most professional in addressing the bugs that were found in my 98 year old dad's home. As you can understand I was concerned about COVID and the risk to my dad but he came in with full gear and protection to ensure the safety of my dad. His bug expertise was next to none and it was quite obvious that he knew all the science behind insects and bugs. He did a thorough inspection from room to room, kitchen, bathrooms and every corner of the house, not one area of the home was missed, discovered the issue, where it originated and explained the process for the elimination. Most importantly, the elimination process was not toxic (biggest concern), my dad did not have to leave the house and it was completely environmentally friendly, mostly very high temperature steam cleaning. He also followed through and made several visits thereafter (at no extra cost) to ensure there was no return of bugs. I can't say more about his honesty and commitment to doing an excellent job. I highly recommend PSS for anyone that is looking for a trusty worthy, professional individual that uses science and not toxic chemicals to eliminate any bugs you may have at home. Since then we have used him to inspect both my home and that of my sisters to be a 100% sure there was no other concern, all good and we are an extremely satisfied customer. It is very hard to find this type of service these days.

We used Muhammad to deal with a carpenter ant problem when we first moved into our home. He took his time to find the problem and provided a thorough solution. We really appreciated that he also followed up several times. We used him a second time for a wasp problem that we were having. Again, he was thorough and came through with the correct recommended solution. We will use him again and definitely recommend him to people.

We have used this company 4 times. The first time was for bed bugs at my home after a trip. They came back home with us. He did an inspection of our home, and found the bugs. Then he gave us practical advice about what to keep and what to dispose, did a treatment, and the bugs were gone! I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Next time I called for a building I manage for mice, bed bugs and roaches. Each time, he did not just treat the pests, but tracked the cause so they don't come back. I feel this saves money in the long run. Anybody can just treat for the pests. For example for the mice, he tracked droppings and found a hole in the garage wall going to the boiler room where they were entering. We sealed the hole, he put traps and poison. That was more than 3 years ago. We have had no more mice issues. Now if I have a pest problem, I call PSS - period.
