For my property, the service didn't work. But what I am most disapointing was the customer service. It is extremely unprofessional. I had to call in multiple times to see if they were even coming to my property, took them over almost an entire week to sign me up and pay for the service alone and receive a receipt, as everything has to be done through a "manager". Now I am asking for a refund and it's taking them over a week to process due to their "manager" and "system updates", which just seems ridiculous. Especially that I have to call in and follow up to see what's happening as there is ZERO communication on their part. Just know what you are in for customer service wise.

I am so incredibly impressed! I did not expect this type of results. I happen to be the type of person that mosquitoes just love to nibble on. It's just a residential home, but I couldn't even water my plants without a good 20-30 bites every night. Even the daytime was unenjoyable. Since they spray, I have not had ONE BITE. I spent an hour in my garden yesterday at dusk and didn't even get bit once - it was amazing. I can finally enjoy my yard again. The only regret I have is that I didn't sign up for the season at the beginning! Next year I will definitely be in line again. Worth every penny

I've used other mosquitoe treatments services before and was reluctant and sceptical about the effectiveness of Mosquitoe Buzz. However, Mosquitoe Buzz was recommended to me by my son. Who had his property treated and was happy with the results. So, I called Mosquitoe Buzz and arranged for their service. We had our property treated last week and within hours we noticed a difference in the mosquitoe population. We are now able to enjoy spending time outside without being attacked by mosquitoes. Very pleased with the results. We have already and will continue to recommend Mosquitoe Buzz.

Last year we were so overwhelmed with pesky mosquitoes that we avoided going out to enjoy our beautiful property. This year we decided to try Mosquito Buzz and we are very glad we did!We are back outside enjoying our yard thanks to Mosquito Buzz. Paige (the customer service rep) and Kevin (the sprayer) were super friendly and accommodating of our schedule and for asking where to spray. Our guests had way fewer bites over the course of the evening than you would otherwise expect for an outdoor wedding near a lake in Muskoka at the end of June! Plus, everyone was stoked that the spray smelled like warm garlic bread instead of gross chemicals. Would recommend for any outdoor event.

We have a large wooded area and sure enough the first time I ventured out that far, a few hours later I felt something on my arm and my husband got it off and identified it as a tick . We renewed our service online for the 2nd year on May 26 , no one reached out to us to setup our first service date we tried calling with no success so we sent an email and didn't receive a reply till 3 days. In this email they let us know they would be coming sometime next week. Five days later we recieved our service. That night went outside and couldn't bare to be outside for more then 10mins, that bad ????. We have bin trying to get ahold of them for the past week leaving messages with no luck. Hopefully I'm not gonna be out $600.

We are outside every day and into the evening with no issues. I saw two mosquitoes, called, and it was taken care of the next day. Weird thing—I don’t like going to other people’s backyards anymore—they have mosquitoes! We don’t!

I just moved into my neighbourhood and have a big mosquito problem in my backyard. I noticed my neighbours have this service. After speaking with one of them who happens to be a friend, and has a massive backyard, almost twice the size of mine, she tells me she is paying about $500 for the season. I decide to email mosquito.buzz and ask about a quote for the rest of the season since its August. I get an email back saying $498. I email back saying that the amount doesn't make sense for what should be 2 sprays left for the season and that I think the price is too much. I get no reply back. I decide to call TruGreen and they quote me $139 taxes in for 2 sprays about 3-4 weeks apart. Price sounded good so I decide to call Mosquito.buzz this time and speak to someone .This time I'm told $199 plus tax for the remainder of the season which is 2 sprays and $800 for the entire season next year! Keep in mind both TrugGreen and MB run tis service for the same amount of time, mid-May to septmber. I tell the person on the phone that my neighbour has a MUCH bigger yard backing onto a ravine and is paying $500 why is my service more?! I also tell her TruGreen quoted me $399 for the season. She basically says that's our price. She didn't offer to look at anything or see why the difference in price. I was so disappointed in the sheer lack of interest in my business. They clearly don't need it. I went ahead with TruGreen and if it works, I'll end up keeping them . TruGreen treated me with more respect and took the time to hear me out. Mosquito.Buzz didn't care to give me the time of day. Edit: to be clear, I am not looking for cheap pricing but fair pricing, if my neighbour is paying less for a larger property, I simply wanted someone to help me understand why I was being quoted $800 for a smaller space .The quote was not even provided in person so I'm not sure how the price is determined when you have no idea what my space looks like. All the best to everyone who is able to get great service and fair pricing.

I really wanted this to works for us, July 29 was our first application, that evening we were forced inside because of the mosquitos, I called and explained what had happened, they sent a Technician within 3 days to rectify the situation and re spray, last night we were celebrating a family birthday and had to apply OFF so that we could enjoy the evening, I would really like some feedback from cottagers that say this works!!!

BUYER BEWARE! We hired Mosquito.buzz to help us manage the mosquitos on our property this year. Their first application was done in early June with no pesticide warning left on the property and no visible negative impact on other insects or living creatures. This was a scheduled visit. A mosquito.buzz employee appeared at our property on Thursday, June 25th unexpectedly to do the second application. This employee used a pesticide (dragnet). We have a fish pond on our property. Friday morning we noticed the fish were hanging out at the top of the pond. Upon closer inspection we discovered they were dying, suffering terribly (something very distressing to watch). The pesticide was sprayed on the pond. We called them to tell them what was happening with the fish and they told us the pesticide is poisonous to fish, something not mentioned anywhere on their web site. We emptied the pond completely (750 gallons of water approx), cleaned it very carefully to remove any remaining toxins, and refilled it in an attempt to save the fish. We lost 15 of our 18 fish. We did extensive research on dragnet and discovered that it is lethal to honey bees and caterpillars in addition to other creatures. This is not stated anywhere on their site, to the contrary, they claim it is safe. Buyer beware, you are fogging your property with a harmful poisonous pesticide. We have tried calling Mosquito.buzz several times since last Friday and have left messages to no avail, they do not call us back.

I actually thought this was impossible. I live in the country and I could not enjoy outside. Last summer I burned 4-6 OFF mosquito coils EVERYDAY. To get little to no relief. I am stunned. I now see maybe 2-3 mosquitos and I can sit out early morning with my dogs and enjoy BBQs into the evening with my kids. I have already recommended it to Freinds. The absolute BEST money I have spent. Honestly amazing product!!!

When its done thoroughly it works, but I've found the continuity just isn't there with various people doing the spraying each time. Some sprays just didn't work. I will say that the customer service is amazing. Olivia is who I generally got on the phone, and she is great.

We've used this before and it was a great product. Just extremely disappointed in the customer service. Unfortunately, we had the entire May 2-4 weekend ruined because they couldn't show up on time. Paid for the service back at the beginning of April and they haven't been in contact since.. would have been nice to actually sit outside this weekend but we couldt even do that. Had to bathe in bug spray just to stand outside for a minute..you would think that they would get themselves together before one of the biggest weekends of the season. ••More foliage than what was anywhere south of there. Video surveillance to show for that one. June 4th has nothing to do with it since it was the first time the service had ever been used. Not like someone could even pay ahead of time if they didn't know about it. The justification for most of the bad reviews is pathetic. Some of them are genuine things that should be fixed. Not excused.
