This guys not even licensed. He uses chemicals that do nothing but make your house smell for months and they're toxic to people and animals. The chemicals are more toxic to people and animals then they are to the bugs. This information comes from actual licensed pest control companies. You are much better off to call someone else that knows what they are doing instead of wasting money on a guy using chemicals proven to be ineffective. I object to the star given, only allowed review comment to be posted with a star given. Wanted to be sure that others see this information before hiring this guy.

We cleared everything for 2days, moving stuff, packing things, washing everything before they did the treatment. And we still have bed bugs!! Their personnel came sprayed and was out in 30-35mins!

They come, they see the job, they offer you a solution (normally a useless one), they charge you the full price and leave. And when you tell them that their solution never worked and you are still dealing with animals, they will ask you for more money to try a different solution. This is how they operate their business. Yes, seems more like a scamming company to me too. Interestingly enough, they confidently offer you a solid warranty as well during initial negotiations (6 months in my case), but they never honor it. Do some research, get the work done yourself and stay away from them.

Their service is really amazing as they respect the customers and make sure their problem or issue of solved. They gave me a FREE three month warranty and excellent pricing. They were quick to schedule and came on time. I highly reccomend them as they have highly trained professionals that work 24/7. Also, they use a oil based pesticide which is more effective, while other companies use a water based pesticide which is not good.

The tech sprayed my apartment last Friday at Triller Ave and it made ZERO difference to the roaches. I spent 3 days preparing including packing and unpacking my apartment and removing my cats for the day and he was there approximately 7 minutes. The chemicals used gave us severe headaches.

I had called 3 pest control company's this morning; left voicemail messages explained that I had found wasps in my home this morning and that I needed a service call ASAP...... I am still waiting for a call back. I called this company and spoke with the technician Ali. He says he'd be at my home between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. He was early and got right to work. He was polite, knowledgeable, confident and explained what he was going to do to get rid of the wasps. He had travelled from Brantford to be of service to us. I highly recommend this company and their technician Ali. Thank you for your promptness and service. Extremely satisfied

Signed up with Metro King Pest Control as I had mole/mice issues in my backyard. Technician arrived on time, reviewed the issue on hand and suggested soft baits and stations. I had 2 bait station from past which this technician filled with bait and with just 1 service I have seen excellent results. Received scheduled service call from them and technician arrived on time again and provided same excellent service. Highly pleased with service and product used.

Bedbugs. Treated with chemical only. Not integrated pest management approach. No inspection, no vacuum, no steamer. Woke up the morning after they treated with 17 bites. *Bedbug treatment with chemicals only is NOT effective - especially in an apartment complex with chronic bedbug issues. Heat is the ONLY thing that will work*

They promised to block mice entrances earlier. Now they told me there is no hole in my house. They reject to block holes. Furthermore, this company told me that all the mice will die after eating baits. If there is no hole, why there is no died body in my house.I have no clue why Peel government hire a company like this one to work!

Poor customer service skills. Accusitory demeanor. Tried to speak to me like I was an idiot and like the reason the ant issue is worse after they did the first treatment is because I don't clean. Then when I told him I'm cleaning multiple times a day he accused me of washing away the residual treatment (I'm cleaning around it). It's apparently expected of a pregnant woman to move a fridge and stove to wash behind them daily. Just terrible. I'm due any day now and have to continue to bath with ants crawling up my shower walls and curtain and wash ants out of my food cupboards. The ants are so bad my toddler comes to me screaming and crying because they're literally crawling on him and biting him. Just disgusting. Would honestly give them a zero star rating if I could.
