Joel has been very open and attentive in listening to our concerns. He even goes above and beyond by asking us if he can assist in restoring sites after treating them. He also follows up to ensure we are satisfied with the service. We had an ant issue from a leaking roof that the previous homeowner left behind which Joel had located. He found the source of the problem which helped prevent an ongoing issue in the same area. We had gone to someone who charged approximately the same but did not fix the issue. Within 2 weeks we saw a gradual reduction and then completely gone. He reassured us that he will visit for any follow-ups that are required and he had kept his word. We are so happy with his service that we purchased another service - rodents from outside the house and spider invasion prevention especially during rainy periods. He sent us images to show where the baits and traps were placed. We highly recommend him for pest control!
