We had new neighbors move in and with them came the plague that is known as cockroaches. Thankfully I had the number for Lady Bug Pest Control that used to spray the offices where I used to work. I called and Helena gave us thorough instructions on how to prep the house before hand and what to expect after the spraying is done. The team came in sprayed the whole house not missing any baseboard area. Haven't seen cockroaches since then and that was 6 years ago. Great team and good quality of work at an affordable price. Definitely recommend them.

This company was employed by my apartment building to spray/apply gel for cockroaches. As my kids have asthma I asked to opt out of this service. One of the technicians, Vlad, assured me that they can do only gel and that it would not interfere with my kids' condition. While I was on the phone, another technician walked in with a pump and started spraying along the hallway walls and in my son's bedroom. At this point I understandably freaked out and asked him to leave. He tried to argue, which was pleasant, but Vlad came back and defused the situation. He cleaned and wiped down all areas where the chemical had been applied. And after that he applied the gel. I'm grateful to Vlad for going above and beyond in his service, for complying with my request and, most importantly, for taking it seriously. Great professional! Thank you!

The absolute worst service on every imagine or unfathomable realm, dimension and plane of existence. Had to reschedule multiple times and did was incompetent. Gave us the runaround on multiple instances. Let me illustrate. The person who did our apartment was named Halina. On Monday, we get a call saying the landlord hired her to work our apartment and that she was supposed to let us know but she completely forgot so she arranged for Monday so she set an appointment for Wednesday. Come Wednesday she calls saying that she forgot she had another appointment which is going to take all of her time and she won't be able to come so we rescheduled to Thursday. We had also asked if the procedure would be ok with our pets around. She assured us that it would. Come Thursday we verify with her if she's arriving and she says she will arrive between 3 and 5. I ask her if she can arrive earlier cause around 4 I have to drop my wife to work. Its 4:15 and I'm driving my wife to work. 4:30 she calls saying she's almost at our place. I told her I'd be max 20 minutes and she complains that she has another job she has to go to. I was upset cause she made us wait for essentially 4 days and she was unwilling to wait for 20 minutes and had reschulded to Saturday for 8 AM. It's Saturday and around 8:05 we call her to ask her ETA and says she'll be there by 9. My wife and I work hospitality so we usually finish work by 3AM. We're tired and upset at her time management. She is in the parking lot at 9:30 and calls us saying she's not sure if she wants to do our place cause we are rude. Finally when she makes up her mind to do our place she asks if we want the gel or the spray. I ask which is more effective and she says the gel can take up to six weeks and the spray is within a week but the pets would have to be out of the house for at least five hours. We just want the bugs gone ASAP and have to reschedule cause we have to get someone to house our pets for a day and its pushed to Monday. A whole week later. Come Monday at 8 AM, when she finally enters through our door for the first time she says we're not ready cause her hadn't moved everything towards the center so we had to reschedule for later that day cause we were done waiting. We had to scramble to set up the house which literally took the whole day and we had to stay at a friends place cause after the everything was done it would.be too late to set the house up again the same day. Never have I been so infuriated my whole life. Stay away from.this dreadful business.
