I noticed wasps entering my house under my front porch roof area. I called GTA pest control straight away and they were able to send someone over the next day. The technician who came was professional and friendly, and knew how to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. He was very thorough in explaining what to look for to ensure the wasps were gone over time. Mr. Vance was very professional and helpful in solving our issue with unwanted guest leaving their disgusting droppings under our stairs. He did a thorough inspection of our house, and identified potential entry points for pests plus advice on how to secure them against pests. I've had a horrifying time dealing with mice coming in to my property and had enough of mice droppings scattered around the house. I called GTA Pest Control, and the next day they were able to send Ahmad over to inspect the property, to find and fill any holes than mice could fit through and set up poison traps. Ahmed explained the process of getting rid of mice very well, and after he left I had a sense of relief knowing mice will be gone soon... hopefully forever! I highly recommend Ahmed.

Yaya, the exterminator, was not only completely competent and efficient, he also stayed to show us what the inside of the wasp nest looked like! He made it an educational experience. I live in Richmond Hill and had a rat problem, I called Toronto Pest Control and they arrived according to my schedule, set up these boxes that poison the rat they leave the property and die. To this day I haven't seen any more rats around my backyard, shed or property. I highly recommend them.

I had bugs/insects take up residence in my car. GTA Toronto Pest Control is amazing. I had tried another pest control company who, after 2 treatments, was unable to eradicate and remove all the bugs. GTA Toronto Pest Control was so through! After 1 month, I was still seeing a few bugs an they came to apply a second treatment. Now the bugs are gone. Thank you Mudssar is a lifesaver.

Was very satisfied with the service and ridding my home is the Ants. Pleased that they were able to come on Sunday after my wife’s frantic call. Gentleman explained the procedure, did the job and promised the ants would be gone in 14 days or they would be back. It’s been 2 months and no Ants!

In summary you should hire the company for following reasons: 1) discount on the price; 2) no up selling; 3) accountability; professionalism, competent, customer focus 4) 6 months guarantee 5) concern for the customer; 6) follow-up with the customer 7) accountability-willingness to return to make sure problem is resolved 8) Ahmed had on his personal protection gear due to the virus. 9) the company's goal is to resolve the issue and not have to return. Due to my experience I will be using this company again if there is a different pest issue. A special thanks to Ahmed for taking the time to identify the issue and answering my questions. Ahmed showed up the next day and inspected the crevices around the house where mice can enter, blocked some holes with steel wool in the garage and gave me recommendations on how to block off additional entry points. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Mice should die after a week, but they should be gone within 6 weeks. If mice come back within 6 months, they will come back and take care of it for free! Highly recommended!

Mr Vance the owner of the company answered my call right away and came after a big storm in Toronto when we discovered we have bedbugs. He was very polite and took the time to explain all the preparation to be done. He came back 2 days later and did and excellent work for 2 hours and then he came again 2 weeks later to spray again.
