Sajad was accessible, responsive and knowledgeable. He told me what the right solution was to my squirrel problem, not just what he thought I wanted to hear. He then set a date, arrived promptly and completely the job without issue and as quoted. He even returned to remove the one-way door as promised, as scheduled. He is now in my contacts under Pest Control; he is my go-to guy for this service!

We noticed mice droppings in our kitchen very early on a Sunday - called 24/7 up at 8am and was able to book an appointment the same day! Their rep (Amit) came over and did an amazing job of identifying and filling holes and dropping traps & bait in a variety of areas all over the house / garage. Very through and thoughtful / great service!

After hearing noises coming from the attic for a few days I decided to call 247 Pest Control. I filled out the form on the website and received a prompt response. The technician was able to show up at my convenience, he was very polite, took the time to explain everything and explained everything that he did. He spent a couple hours at my residence and was very thorough. The price was very reasonable, lower than what I had expected, and he provided tips to avoid further squirrel infestations! I highly recommend 247 Pest Control, and was very pleased with the superior service received.

I'm not usually the type of guy that writes reviews, but this was an excellent job, and worth me the time for writing it! The technician really knows what he is doing, hunting places where the mice pass through, and explaining everything he was doing and why. He spent a good hour looking for different external access points, for trails of drops and placing bites of poison inside the house structure (from between the vents and studs). He was also cautious on the poison location, so pets and kids are impossible to reach those, including a cage protection on the areas where it's possible to reach it. He was also cautious to not poison any wild life living outside. I'll for sure call him again to help removing the squirrels that became permanent residents on my attic during last winter... I asked him to do it right away, but he recommended to wait a couple of months when the pups can leave the house by themselves, not creating an desperate mother trying to break into my attic again. I do recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an affordable and good job. (Editing during summer) - As I mentioned before, Sajad just finished protecting my roof from squirrels. He did a clean, and quiet job, and he pays a lot of attention setting up the wireframe (He took 3h to do my roof) around the vents, and took his time to explain me all he did. The price good too.

Called at 2am on Saturday night (Sunday morning). A live person actually answered the phone and offered to take care of the issue immediately. While we appreciated the speed at which the service was being offered, we were okay with someone coming by the following day, which they did. The service provided was excellent, and the technician (Sajad) was polite, professional, and extremely helpful in allowing us to understand the issue. I would 100% recommend these guys.

Just after hearing that bats in Oakville/Burlington may be carrying rabies, my family had the unpleasant experience of having one make its way into our home. No other after hours pest control service picked up except for 247, who made the drive from Toronto to Burlington. Tony was extremely professional and had the bat subdued within 20 minutes. What's even more amazing is that he did it all quietly while the rest of my family (including my 3 year old nephew) were in bed asleep. I had a bee hive and an ant problem and 247 took care of both problems. My friend also had a bee problem and 247 had to diagnose the source of the bees and was able to remedy the situation. Peace of mind!!! Sajad was excellent. I called him at 1:30 AM after hearing what I thought was a raccoon in my attic. He gave me some reassuring information over the phone and told me he would be over at 5:30AM. Sure enough, Sajad arrived prior to 5:30AM and examined the roof and soffit for breaches. He discovered the breach and set up the one way door for the raccoon to escape. He explained everything clearly to us and didn't try to upsell products. Very professional. Caught bed bugs from my neighbour when the pest people sprayed her place and then they travelled to me. These little monsters spread everywhere, not just on my bed. I had them for since April with them coming and going with all the extreme measures I took to myself, which did not rid the problem entirely. The pest control company contracted with the property manager came a total of 5 times- a total of 5 visit- 2 seperate treatments and 1 other time because i kept bothering them about the issue not being resolved. I decided to call Sajad, even though this was my out of pocket expense- while being unemployed. I met him at my relatives house when he was treating a wasps nest. my family was happy with his service so I gave him a call. He gave me some instructions and invaluable tips, came by and after the first visit no more bites. The second treatment was a precaution measure and sure enough, problem is solved. Thank you, Sajad! He gave me multiple options on how to handle the situation. In the end, he was able to safely remove the birds, which happened to be 2 adult birds and one baby. Sajad was great! At this point we’ve used his services 4 times over the past few years for a variety of different pest issues, including mice, bed bugs, and squirrels. He was able to solve our problems with speed and efficiency every time. We keep returning to him for pest removal services anytime we are in need, and have recommended him to friends because of his great knowledge, customer services, and affordability! He did a fantastic job of serveying our home to offer tips to avoid future pest infestations, and solved our issues completely. This included identifying holes in the bricks around our garage that mice were entering from, and suggesting that we store food such as rice and flour into plastic storage bins. These suggestions show that he genuinely cares about his clients, and wants to help them find long term preventive solutions to pest problems. I strongly recommend him if you need any pests removed.
