Unfortunately this is true. Premier Pest has no excuse for what happened and how it happened. But it did, as a local Regina based company we rely on Saskatchewan providers for our internet servers hosting and telecommunications. What are the chances that our phone providers are down at the same time as our internet providers? Well it happened and we apologize. We did try to rectify the situation, unfortunately, we could not. At Premier Pest we value our customers and their needs we will not leave a site until we are completely satisfied that we have rectified the situation we were asked to do, at times we can be behind schedule but if this your home your business wouldn’t you expect that service and be reassured that our technician did or went above and beyond what you expected? Again we apologize but we always do our best for you our customer! Regards

Excellent service for businesses required to have auditable/sound pest control services that must comply with quality and food safety certifications like HACCP, Certified Organic, SQF/BRC, Kosher, Gluten-Free. PPM is knowledgeable about products needed for adequate control and what frequency of service will maintain the desired control over time. Over the past year, their documentation records left at the facility after each service visit have been reviewed by several independent third party auditors and found to be sound; this kind of service and quality documentation can be hard to find. Highly recommended for businesses that require comprehensive pest control services that will meet stringent quality and food safety standards.

Extremely poor communication, 3 no shows, twice they didnt even call to say they weren't coming. Ordered an inspection for Thursday but the call person had an accident and couldn't make it. Completely understandable. Rescheduled for Saturday. I call 45min after they were supposed to arrive to find out they aren't coming. Rescheduled for Tuesday. I call 45 min after they were supposed to arrive to find out they aren't coming again. This is twice now they no-showed with no call or text, waiting my time. Reschedule for Wednesday and let the person know I might not be able to make it for 6pm as my work schedule does not have set end times. She says no worries and to message when I'm done. I make it home at 620, figured no one showed up since no text or call again, call at 635. Turns out they showed up at 6, took a picture of my house at 607, then left for the day. Only good point is the person is very polite and understanding when you talk to them. Problem is actions speak louder than words Side note. They offered a 'discounted' price and gave a time to come over. It was a time in which they knew I wouldn't be able to make work and the discounted price was the regular cost for the first 3 other pest control services on Google.

We called for a free inspection, and they were able to show up the following day. Unfortunately they found bed bugs! Bobbie was able to accommodate us by providing her services late at night. For being a small local owned company, she is very busy and not always able too answer the phone. She came in and sprayed our house for bed bugs, yes we had bed bugs. Reasonable price. I found her service on Google and loved her reviews. Change my rating to 3 stars. I tried to get them back for a second spay, ya no go. To busy ? Who knows but text a few times with no response back. Ended up going with a different local company. I would suggest hiring someone to take care if booking etc if your that busy.

Had a few issues with wasps this year. Made a called to Bobbie and had her come out. After one treatment to get rid of the wasps they haven't been back. She was very knowledgeable on wasps haven't had any problems with wasps again. Bobbie is very knowledgeable and very professional if you have any pest issues she is a great person to call for all your pest issues I have recommended her to a few people

After going through endless phone trees waiting for (unreturned) call-backs from other pest management companies, Premier was a breath of fresh air ... prompt responses -- even by text message. Our experience with a apartment building we own in the city . A few of the units were showing evidence of roaches. On further inspection they determined there was bedbugs in the building as well. When ladies the came to treat the building they parked down the block . This made me very happy as we take care of our building. I have seen trucks around town, that are very obvious to the fact you have a problem.She said she tries not to park right in front so it won’t alert neighbors.They used a actisol machine that would get into the wall voids, on top of treating the electrical outlets. They monitored for a couple weeks, but honestly we didn't need a second treatment .I was grateful for how smoothly it went for us and the tenants. I can’t tell you enough that this company truly cares. So how better to make sure they are gone! Thanks Girls!!

I emailed for wasp removal on Monday, heard nothing. I emailed again on Wednesday, heard nothing. I called on Thursday and had to leave a message, no response. Saturday I called another company and from my initial contact to having my problem taken care of took just over an hour. I have seen other posts of the same nature regarding this company. Not sure how you stay in business when you cannot be bothered to respond to customers.

Bobby was absolutely awesome to deal with during my incredibly stressful cockroach infestation. When I first started calling places to get an idea of how to rid myself of the roaches this was the only company to actually take the time to talk me through everything that would be required (without telling me my ideas would never work) and the realistic expectations from the process. Bobby kept in contact with me even after the treatment was done and gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. The price was more than reasonable and she was flexible with my own work schedule. More than just being competent at her job she really does have compassion for people stuck in what seems like impossible situations. 4 months and I have not seen one cockroach.

Seeking out information after possible exposure to bedbugs. We did not know very much about the bugs in general and of course were feeling a little crawly. Called around to all regina pest control establishments and landed on Premiere Pest Management. Pros: Bobby provided us with signs, symptoms, history of, up to date scholarly research, an abundance of accumulated conference information from conferences she had attended. She continually educates herself about the feild for herself which benefits her business. She got into business because she saw a need, not for the money. She is the only female running her own company in regina. She was willing to work with our situation and advise us based on our situation not by general terms. She talked us through the inspection, prevention and what to keep on top of with regards to continual monitoring. Confidentiality of client list (elaborated on below). Cons: she had a cold so it took a couple days for us to meet her. We couldnt wait to put a face to the voice on the phone! Overall, she is fabulous! We had a wonderful experience with her! She has a genuine interest and heart to help others. She brought our family closer as a result of this experience. I loved the opportunity to read the research of top scholars in the feild. This made her business stand out for me... it wasnt just a business that follows "recommendations" or "heresay" but a business built on sound (+current) research. Also, she didnt expose her client base which other companies were very open with which establishments were routinely treated etc. Thank you Bobby for everything! I recommend anyone who hints at a bug problem to call Premiere Pest Management!

Booked an appointment for one week ago. When no one showed up, I called and left a message. Called several times over the next 3 days and have never gotten through and have not heard back. Even tried again yesterday, same thing. Too bad, I was ready to support Bobbi since she took the time to communicate at first and seemed very knowledgeable. Guess I'll have to get on the phone and find someone else.

It's a bit of a nightmare when you first find the 'bedbug'! We called Premier Pest Management and they told us what to do immediately and how to prepare to rid our condo and entire building of the bugs. Bobbie was our Pest professional and she was amazing. I must of called, texted and emailed her more then a dozen times with questions and she always answered or got back to me right away. She kept us calm and answered all our questions we needed answered. We had the whole condo building treated within a week and everything went very smooth. Bobbie did two treatments and throughly inspected our entire building as we are now bug free!!! Tried to get premier out this summer for an ant issue and was rescheduled on 5 times and I left work early twice (therefore losing a couple hours of pay each time) for scheduled appointments. I know they were busy but in the end they never even got back to me so I would recommend any other company if you want to get a problem fixed.
