I truly appreciated their service during my time of need ???????? if you live in an apartment, your risk for bug invasion runs high. I get these guys to check my unit every 3 months as a precaution. I know the dogs Bugsy and Scout, they are good little workers.

My husband and I operate a Bed, make your own Breakfast establishment. Guests had advised that they had been bitten and were not sure from what, although the possibility of bed bugs was brought up. We had never had experience around bed bugs before. I began to google bed bugs to gather as much information about them that I could. I then, early into the wee hours of the moring, flashlight in hand, began to look for them, or evidence that they were present in the bed sheets, the mattress, the box spring and in the room. I found nothing, yet was still concerned that they were present. At 7:30 the next morning I called Alfie at Canadian Thermal Solutions. I had discovered this company during my on line search of information. I was so very relieved when he answered the phone !!! He was super calming for me and suggested that more evidence than a "bite" was needed to confirm the presence of bed bugs. He asked for pictures. He suggested that an inspection would put to rest all my concerns. I readily agreed to the inspection and was relieved to find out that it could be done the following morning. Turns out there were no bed bugs present, yeah, however given this experience, I have become much more alert to the possibiilty that they could show up and in that regard, I have an intense desire to take all the preventative and early detection measures that I can. Again in that regard, Alfie has been awesome, answering my questions and even suggesting that we meet so I thoroughly understand what to do as I move forward. I am not one for using chemicals so I am grateful that there is an alternative method for getting rid of them. I am so grateful to have found Canadian Thermal Solutions, and a Regina based company to boot....professionalism and knowledge shown by all three people that I have met. If you have any concerns about bed bugs....CALL THEM.
