Not only were they a delight, knowledgable and helpful, but gosh they were soooo good. Had another company come in and in a month accomplish nothing. I had Dudley come by today around 1pmish maybe 1:30ish and as I was getting ready to go to bed I decided to check a trap and at 10:50pm I found the rat caught! I'm soooooo grateful for them! Dudley was a total delight, and I even had the pleasure of having his lovely wife help book them for me. She was so awesome, gave you that warming happy family feel, while dealing with an unhappy pest situation ! 110% reccomend them I am so so happy right now! Thanks for everything!

Dudley came out to see me after I called him about a mouse. He had a good look around the interior and the exterior of the house and given my story and his investigation, concluded that I had a solitary mouse best amenable to trapping and advised me to do this myself. He also advised on how and the likely cost. He undertook to return if I didnt meet with success. Despite spending a good amount of time advising me and looking around, he wouldn't accept payment and asked me to bear him in mind in case of future problems. Delighted with this service and would highly recommend him as a consequence.
