Karl is a kind, knowledgeable, and helpful person. I initially thought I had a bed bug issue, so I called Karl. After inspecting my bedroom, he identified that it was not a bed bug issue, but a carpet beetle issue. He gave me great advice on how to deal with the issue, and was nice enough to explain how I could combat the issue myself or use his services. Other companies have drastically higher prices, and Karl even did the inspection for free. Karl is genuine and wants to help you, and that is one of the reasons why I highly recommend him if you have any pest problems.

Karl offers quality service and it’s evident he cares about his community! We just bought in the area and our house had a sugar ant infestation and we suspected rodents in the attic. Karl did a thorough job explaining why he thought the attic rodents had been & gone but laid free traps just in case, and used non-toxic-to-human products on the ants. He offered follow-up and preventative advice and ensured he answered my questions with genuine care. His pricing is more than fair! I’ve already recommended his services to friends & family.
