We used them years ago and they got rid of rats in our attic. We called them mid September about a wasp nest in the walls of your house. Mike came and checked the nest out and said they'd be gone in 10 days, and it wasn't worth having them fix. (Nice.) I had him set new traps in the attic, while he said he or I could check. We had funny weather and the wasps persisted and started coming into the house so we had him back. He came right away and took care of the nest. He even checked the traps for no extra charge. All in all, his service was great - timely and very professional. I recommend him most highly.

ok so we live in an apartment and the landlord goes to this guys/girls each time there is a bug problem we had bed bugs 4 times in 2 years 6 months apart the last two times they either canceled for what ever reason or is believed to have stolen from us as we have had expensive paint supply's and medication go missing after they came both me and my roommate are streamers so taking 2 days off can destroy 1-3 years worth of work so my advice if you get a bed bug problem don't go with them as they will milk it for money

He explained to us the nature of nesting squirrels and that it would take a bit of patience and perseverance to rid us of the whole family. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the PSI technician. I had only a small wasp nest that I wanted removed . He felt it was a " dead" nest to start but I persisted and finally he inspected it more closely and decided it was active. He gave 2 different prices for removal- it felt like these were spontaneous costs and off the cuff. I had further asked him some advice about another area where I thought there may be nests. He wasn't keen at all the investigate . Basically, this fellow was unfriendly and not helpful. Finally, when finished he was rude, bullying and plain mean expecting payment right away. He asked for my credit card info and I refused to give it and I said I would call the office to pay. He argued, was arrogant and then to top it off called first thing this am asking again for payment. I said I'd send a cheque and he said he would come and get it. I have never had an experience like this. I deal with handymen, 2 gardeners, window washers etc and they all leave their invoice and I pay it. Basically, this technician is a bully and the attitude is certainly not customer friendly. I would say that the office administrator was very pleasant and helpful. the irritating Techie was Jim. Ask for someone else.
