You can't go wrong with Garden City Pest Control. Gord and Dan were quick to respond, assessed our property and explained how best to eradicate carpenter ants. They even explained the pesticides use and safety for us and our pet dog. After completing the job, they advised us where and when to do some caulking around the house as a prevention and set a follow up appointment just to check that all was done right. Highly recommend them 5 stars for sure!

I had Gordon and Logan both show up for a number of visits to my place shortly after moving in. Garden City had been taking care of my previous condo building with a rodent maintenance program and I knew their invoices were reasonable and services effective. I can't say enough about how great these guys were after meeting them in person. They spent hours down in my crawlspace, trapped numerous rats over a period of weeks, sealed off entry points, and disinfected and cleaned up all the waste and debris left behind by the rats. Also knocked down a significant silverfish population. They answered all my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. And after four visits, my bill was more than reasonable. I would call these guys again without hesitation and would always choose them over a big firm. Thanks Gordon and Logan!

Gord and his young apprentice did such a good job getting rid of the carpenter ants in our home. It was much less of an inconvenience then we were expecting and 3-4 days after the treatment all ant activity has ceased. When Gordon came to do the estimate to get rid of subterranean termites, he actually took the time to go over our home with a flashlight, and also to remove the baseboard heaters in the area of concern to get a better look at the problem. I recently had a problem with rats coming into my basement. Gordon and his son did an extremely thorough search both inside and outside my house (including the roof) and were quickly able to locate the source of entry. Some follow-up visits completely addressed the problem. I found the service provided by Gordon to be very professional as well as friendly and considerate, and would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Carpenter ants decided to set up shop next to my house, I called and explained what I saw and they were here the next day to take care of the problem. Took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything I wanted to know about the ants, and what to look for after the treatment. Garden City Pest Control is AMAZING! I had previously called PEST TECH (Dont ever call them) and the fellow promised to come and remove my 2 wasp nests. He came and basically dismissed the job citing impossibility of removing the nests. However, he didnt have any equipment or outfit to protect himself, and I believe just didnt really want to do it, so just turned around and said he wasnt going to do it. After waiting for a day for him to arrive!!! Awful, horrible attitude and extremely non-existent service. So I called Garden City and they came out immediately and the technician's name was Logan and I just cant speak highly enough about his amazing attitude and service excellence. He performed the job effectively, happily, patiently answering my questions, and stayed on to make sure he got the job done properly. Garden city pest control is the best pest control company in Victoria. They explained enough over the phone before making an appointment and staffs did spray our house perfect for spiders. We got spiders, ants queens, king?, silver fish and ear wings killed;) we will ask them again if we needed this fall or next year. our spider is huge! Highly recommended!
