I called Bug Busters in the morning. James came in the early afternoon to get rid of a wasp nest in my crawl space. He was on time and took care of the nest. He explain in good detail what products he used (as we have pets) and guaranteed his work for 3 months. He also said if the problem hadn't cleared up in 24 hours to call him and he would come out asap. I didn't need him to come back. Very happy with Bug Busters and would use them again!

Bug Busters did a great job helping us get rid of the carpenter ants inside our home, and the price was very affordable compared to other companies we researched. When a few ants reappeared inside 8 months later, they came back and did another treatment which was fully covered under the guarantee, so we didn't have to pay any additional cost and the ants are totally gone now. They were friendly and respectful at all times!

Service tech was very unprofessional and not thorough at all. Maybe because he had a female in his truck and he was anxious not to keep her waiting. Either way, I paid 50 dollars for a "free consultation" which left me with nothing I didn't already know. For you women out there if you want any kind of respect from your service tech don't use these guys as they won't take you seriously. I hope this helps.

I called Bug Busters in the afternoon, and scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday, the technician called me half an hour later and offered to stop by that day as he was close by. Friendly and fast service, informative and helpful with regards to our wasp problem. Only 4 stars as he just left and I haven't been able to see the results of his visit yet, however, the service is guaranteed for 3 months and I can ask them to come back if I continue to have a problem.

Horrible service. Had them in our house in November for a pest problem. They have a 3 month written Garantie. But when I call them all I'm getting is a runaround. Guarantee is obviously over now for the past four month, but during the guaranteed time, they never came back for any follow up or further help. We will never call them again.

I called Bug Busters first thing in the morning to report a dangerously positioned bald face hornets nest hanging near waist height next to my guest cottage. They were on site just after noon and although I wasn't there I have had it reported from my guests that Bug Busters provided a very efficient and effective service with little disturbance to their enjoyment of the afternoon.
