INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE! I called Bug Busters this evening to remove a few wasp nests in my car, that had sat for about 8 months. Today I went to open the door, to start getting it ready over the weekend, when within seconds I was swarmed by a ridiculous amount of wasps! I myself am fatally allergic! Called Bug Busters, and explained my situation. The receptionist (who was very friendly and understanding) said hang on we have a specialist in the office right now. James came on and again was very understanding and new exactly the situation I was in. Says we can be there tomorrow. But my work schedule conflicted with theirs. So being the long weekend and I needed to have my car ready by Tuesday. I thought I was done for! James (the specialist) then says what part of town are you in. I told him and he says I'll be there in a half hr! They are now closed, and he came to me after hrs. Fixed the problem, was very professional in his attire and demeanor. New what he was talking about, new exactly what needed to be done and had it finished in under a half hr! They were dead and gone. Nests were removed and disposed of. This is why we choose the family owned business's over the big name corporations, because they are exactly that. A family. They understand and know!! 5 stars is too low so I give them 10 ????''s and say thank you! Absolutely just incredible people!! Thank you, Randy

James came out to help deal with our carpenter ant problem. We have dealt with the big pest companies in the past, and have not found the solutions to be very effective. James was not only on time and professional, he has an intricate knowledge of his trade. He knows everything about ants and while I was a few minutes late, he use the time while he was waiting to track the ants and figure out where they were going in and out of our house, and had the problem largely sorted out by the time I arrived. but we've just started our program with this company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody if the rest of their team is like James.

The service from this company was amazing! They didn't dismiss my call about my ant problem and found a specialist to talk with me. I described my problem and he made an appointment to come and look at it the next day. Service was astounding when he showed up. Everything was well explained about what he was going to do and where, and a nice and extensive job was done for the home. Will recommend to anyone who has a pest problem.

Bug Busters was the only place I found open at 530pm when I discovered a huge wasp nest in my yard, 4 days before a children's birthday party. They were here the next day. Arrived earlier than scheduled (they did call to confirm that was ok first). Dealt with the wasps quickly and gave good advice about how to deal with the dog and the small bit of residual pesticide on the ground. Friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

In the presence of wasps I become paralyzed with fear, so when it was becoming obvious that nests were forming around our character home in Oaklands I knew I had to call someone in. Bug Busters were AMAZING! Not only did the administrator booking our appointment suffer through (and kindly have ALL the answers to) all my questions, but she provided what turned out to be an accurate AND affordable quote. When James arrived right on schedule he was professional, respectful of social distancing and incredibly quick. He provided great suggestions for keeping the wasps at bay AND gave some neat tidbits about other critters to watch out for in our area. I will DEFINITELY use Bug Busters Pest Control again!

Affordable, thorough, and careful----these words sum up my experience with Bug Busters. I called when I found a bees' nest very close to my back door. James was here four hours later. He removed the nest without destroying it, and relocated it to Langford. He then removed all the material around the back door which might present an opportunity for the bees to begin rebuilding----certainly above and beyond the call of duty. He decided the situation didn't require spraying, and I appreciated that. The office then checked back two days later to ensure that the bees hadn't returned (they hadn't.) The cost was almost half that of a rival firm, which has dealt with problems here in the past, and as someone on a tight budget, I appreciated that very much. I recommend this company, and I will certainly use it again.

If you’re looking for an ethical solution to pest control, this company fits the bill. The “pest”ician came within a couple of hours, provided me w the solution to the ants in my tub and did it in a manner in which no ants were injured or killed. Oh yeah, he didn’t even charge me. I got a call back from Bug Busters within an hour of my online inquiry and had an appointment to have someone come out and take care of a hornets nest on my small patio by the next day! My dog had already been stung and the hornets were really aggressive anytime I tried to go in or out of my condo, so not a job I could handle myself. I have a house on Shawinigan lake and was running into problems with both rats and mice. The rats were running around the attic and the mice had made it into the house. Within 24 hours of calling Bug Busters they had come and serviced the house. I am happy to say that both the rats and mice are no longer a problem. Also the prices were more reasonable then the other companies I looked into. All and all very good service.

I had a large wasp nest in the wall of my apartment. I called 7 pest control companies and did not get a single person on the phone or a call back after I left a message (has been almost a week and still no one has returned my call). Bug Busters was the only company that answered. They were able to fit me in the very next day and gave me a guaranteed one hour window for when they would show up. They made good on their promise and even called to let me know they were on their way. They got rid of the wasps and sealed up the hole. They said to give them a call if the wasps set up again and they would come back for free to deal with it. Cannot recommend them enough. Excellent service.

It's Pride Weekend (SUNDAY!) and I realise I have not yet gotten the wasp nest in the dog run removed. I put a net over the nest to "protect" the dog, which makes the wasps so very angry. Stupid move. I call Bug Busters Pest Control and in about 40 seconds I have an appointment set up for within a couple of hours! James shows up early (they even asked if it was ok if they came earlier!) and he is all cool about it, even though I have angered the nest. I am seriously impressed by the speed and the pleasantness with which Bug Busters did their work. At the risk of sounding like a cranky old-timey curmudgeon; "we don't have this kind of solid work ethic anymore"! Thank you Bug Busters/ Pest in The City.
