I was honestly very happy with the "professionalism" at first meeting Ron and Mike. They arrived when they said they would at first meeting. I mentioned the issue they looked around.... gave them the money after the did all the work the next day... they said they would be back to remove trap within 1 week and if needed more often. Well I'm disappointed, this company is very unprofessional I would never recommend them to anyone. They took the money, did some work and has never returned. I've called and email with no response. We are still dealing with the same issue. I've walked around the property and have pinpointed areas that these "professionals" should have seen and taken care of. And the little pieces of metal they used have all pretty much fallen off. I am disgusted for the fact I've paid my money and have yet to have any further form of communication with these people.

I had a raccoon move in under my soffit, and it did a huge amount of damage in just one night. The first company I called wanted to leave me waiting for over a week, so I called Need Pest Control. Ron and Mike came out that same day, secured the entrance, trapped the raccoon, repaired the damage and capped all vents and dormers, etc. 48 hours later, it was all done and dusted. Ron even sprayed some ant hills for me. They were prompt, kind and courteous, and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend them for wildlife or pest removal.

We had a bird nest in our bathroom vent which resulted in having mites in our bathroom. We saw the mites Sunday evening and sent an email. Ron and Mike came right away on Monday. They cleaned up and vacuumed the vent, sprayed, changed all the vent covers, put metal mesh and also gave us guarentee for the job that they have done. Excellent service! We highly recommend them!

Mike and his colleague were awesome. We called them on a Sunday for bat removal and they reached our place pretty quickly. They found and humanely removed the bat in a matter of minutes. We had bats in the Attic and I was scared as I've been hearing that rabies are rampid. I called need Pest Control, and Ron was very pleasant on the phone. They came the next day took a look at the house. They were able to remove the bats in addition repaired the area where they got in. The cost was reasonable and I feel much better now at night when I sleep. I would recommend giving them a call as they did a phenomenal job removing the bats and fixing the house where they got in

They never showed up to complete the job! Paid them in full about 6 months ago. All they did was put poison in the attic and add an in and out door. Will not come and remove the door or cap the vents. Have called them every Monday for 5 months, with the response being “coming next week” but next week never comes. Promises to come to remove in and out door and still will not complete the job. Never pay them in full or you will never get a response and they will just take your money and run. They came right away when I found them, within hours!! but once they got the money they never came back! If I could do 0 stars I would!

I had a horrible situation with Squirrels and nesting in the house. I called Need Pest Control at 7pm and they were attentive and quick to get back to me. Ron was amazing and they showed up the next day. The price was reasonable; but I didn't want the family to get hurt. I watched as they carefully took care of the problem. We had bats getting into our home. We called Ron and Mike to see if they could help us keep the bats from getting inside and they came a few hours later (on a Saturday!). They did a free assessment of our entire property, including our attic and basement. Within a few days, they had sealed up the house and put in several one-way doors. We have had no bat issues inside the house since then! They have even come back a couple of times within the week to check on our family and to make sure that the bats were no longer leaving evidence around the outside of the house. We are very happy with the service!

THIS IS VERY UNETHICAL* I live in the KW area, and wanted someone local to help me with my pest problem around my home. I thought it would be better to get someone local, but I was very wrong! They are very eager to take your money and will never show up again. They will sound very professional when they arrive, be very convincing that they need to start ASAP. Not only did they never return, I took time off work every time they said they would show up. Many days of lost pay.

We had a squirrel problem. Mama squirrel and babies got inside our roof through a hole. This company had the best price of all the ones we contacted for quotes and they were very fast in coming to solve the issue. Father and son team who are very knowledgable. Have been doing this for many years. They even fixed my downspout for me that was detached from the eavestrough because of the squirrels. I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with wildlife... bats, birds, groundhogs, raccoons, squirrels, skunks, rats/mice... whatever... give them a call.

We found bats flying inside our house late at night. Called Ron and they came right-the-way and finally caught the bat at mid-night. Then, they spent extra time to inspect the house for other bats before leaving. This is great service, quick response, and extra effort to make sure everyone is safe. They came the next day and start to seal the house and get the trap door going. So far so good after two weeks, no sign of bat in the house anymore.

Paid this "company" $260.00 to get rid of a critter in my home. They put down poison and made arrangements to come back to check on the progress and seal the area. My invoice said to call if I noticed signs (which I did). I called and left a voicemail. No response. My appointment day came. I booked time off work. No show. I left two messages and called repeatedly. Nothing. $260.00 spent for some really expensive rat killer that I could have gotten from Canadian Tire for $18.00 and a 15 min visit by two guys who claim to be professionals.

We had them to our house to address a rodent issue. They inspected and baited. Very happy with first impression but since then, we have been trying to get them back to our house to re-bait and have been unsuccessful. I have spoken with them and they said they were coming but didn't show up. Have left many messages and no response. They state that they have a 2 or 3 year warranty in the contract so would appreciate if they would uphold that. Happy to report that they have been in contact and have been back to inspect.

A happy coincidence. They were driving by and saw me poking at my air vents that had birds building a nest in them. They stopped and gave me a quote right there. They were able to return the same day, cleaned out 2 years of birds nests, disinfected and sealed it all up in about 20 minutes elapsed. Minimal disruption to my life! Love it!

I was having a problem with Raccoons under my double wide mobile home. They tore out a lot of insulation and then had babies between the insulation barrier and floor. I called Need Pest Control and they came out the same day, which was a Sunday, and set a trap for the mother Racoon. She was caught around 9pm and I called them to let them know she was in the cage. They came out early the next morning and removed the mother and crawled under the double wide and got the babies out. I was elated that this was over as the. Racoons can do a lot of damage and cause deseases if you get close to where they are nesting. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I will call Need Pest Control. I recently contacted Need Pest Control to remove a skunk that had fallen in my window well overnight and became trapped. Need Pest Control came the same day and arrived on time. The skunk was removed very quickly, safely, and was unharmed. They showed me where the skunk likely had entered my yard, where they may be living and what I can do to help prevent this from happening again. The price seemed fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
