The HomePro Pest Control team have been amazing with their services and they most definitely deserve recognition; I apologize if I spell their names incorrectly. I have been living with rodents for years due to my families lack of knowledge of how seriously bad an infestation can get if it is not handled professionally. So I took it upon myself to contact HomePro Pest Control despite of my families denial. Katelyn is the sweetest and most respectful secretary. She is very reliable when it comes to booking my treatment days, payments, and emergency calls. Luis was the one who did the first assessment and he knew exactly what he was doing and what he was talking about. He educated me very well and took me step by step of the process of the traps each visit. I recently called for an emergency and Mike came. Mike was also very good at his job. He educated me well with the changes and both him and Luiz are coming up with a plan to get rid of my rodent problem. Luiz and Mike make me feel like I can trust them with with their knowledge on their job and their reassuring words. Especially when I call them a lot about any activity that I see. They always return my call and educate me. I truly appreciate these three amazing workers for their knowledge, respect, and their ability to think and take action on the spot. They know exactly what they are doing and I have recommended HomePro Pest Control to a few people already.

HomePro provided us with exemplary service in a challenging situation involving raccoons under our deck. Within a day, they sent out their wildlife specialist, who found 4 baby raccoons under our deck without their mother. They fortified our deck on-site to prevent re-entry and left the raccoons in a safe spot overnight in the hopes that their mother would return. When she didn't, they came back the next day and helped locate the mom, waving us out to show our kids the family reunification. They were prepared to bring the babies to a raccoon foster facility but held out for the mom, despite the inconvenience to them to make an additional trip. They provided clear pricing and an explanation. As mentioned, exemplary service, and we would definitely call then again in a heartbeat if faced with a similar situation. These guys couldn't get rid of my mice problem in my house. They would come after 3 to 4 months and charge me again and again. Until my brother in law told me to call Blueconforce pest control they were alot much cheaper and way more professional. They found how the mice were getti in! They blocked the holes too and they only charged me half the price!!! What a shame should have found them way before these guys!!

Immediately, he showed us the mice droppings, identified where they were finding shelter and gave us recommendations on how to prevent any further mice problems without having to sign up. Our technician Chris is very patient listening to all my pest problems. We have carpenter ants problems in the backyards and 2nd floor, and mice problems in the basement. my building had these guys come in last month to treat bed bugs, when they brought the K9 in the Women told my husband and I we didn't have any bed bugs, but because other units besides us got it we had to do the treatment, which was understandable. when getting home that night all our furniture was flipped. we have a sectional with a pullout bed, they had the bed still open and couch was flipped onto. when we flipped it back and tried to put the bed back into the couch it wouldn't budge on one side, looking to see the problem we noticed that the bars are bent out of shape. I contacted my landlords and also this company to tell them what happen it took 2 emails and 2 calls a day for 6 days before someone reached out to me to tell me they would pay half to have someone to look and fix the couch, at this point I already had a family member look who fixes and builds furniture for a living and was told where its bent its non fixable, ive called the gentleman back 4 times who called me and emailed twice again...and still no one has reached out to contact me which is very frustration, considering we had to go out and buy a brand new couch..

They sprayed all of our furniture and electronics, they sprayed INSIDE our computer tower and broke components and refuse to do ANYTHING to help. They opened our closets (that were not to be sprayed) and sprayed everything inside including boxes clearly labelled "electronics" and when we tried to get answers we were laughed at!!! Home hardware is a HORRIBLE company who will SCREW you. OHHHH and they accused us of spraying our own stuff because it is against "policy" to spray electronics! Yeah.. right..

They were professional and had clearly explained to me the issue/ what else could potentially happen and what a possible solution would be. Called in HomePro Pest Control as we had a rat problem in the garden. From the initial call the service has been excellent. Service Technician was out within a day and thoroughly inspected the garden and placed bait boxes where the rats would go. Follow up has been very good and I get a report telling me if the bait boxes have been used. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using them and intend to keep the service going as we are down to 1 crafty rat but they multiply every few months. Give them a call....you will not be disappointed.

The wildlife specialist came the next day explained the different options and even sent us photos of the hole chewed into our roof. He installed a one-way door in the opening the squirrels had chewed into the roof so they could leave and not come back. I can't believe I put up with this for so long before calling.

Patrick was super knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t push any sales. He gave an honest inspection as he rated our home to be 0.5-1 on a scale of 10 of having mice. We called for an inspection as we were worried there might be mice in our basement when we saw that mice had burrowed in the insulation near a window while the previous owners had lived here. We had ripped out the insulation and sealed up the holes, but were worried there may be a mouse as I had heard one recently. I would highly recommend HomePro Pest Control and we will be calling them in the future if we have any further concerns/issues.

When I first spoke to my landlord about my issue with bedbugs, they informed me that HomePro Pest Control would be handling it and gave me the preparation sheet as well as the phone number of the business in case I had questions. As the preparation sheet lead to more questions than I originally had, I called and was extremely rudely told that they would not speak to me and then they hung up on me. I understand now that they are told only to deal with the landlords, but there are much nicer ways of informing a person who is going through a stressful time. We followed everything that the preparation sheet said needed to be done and was not told any issues had been come across with being able to treat our apartment. When it came time for the second treatment, 90% of the apartment was left untouched from the first time, as we were not given any indication that things needed to be changed. When entering out apartment after the treatment, we were greeted by all sorts of our personal belongings having been knocked down on the floor, with zero care given of their value by your "professionals". After the second treatment we were given the assessment of the issue and treatment given that made claims about the preparation that were 100% false, which I have photographs to prove. We were told via invoice that no further treatment was needed. The day after the second treatment (having killed close to 40 of the supposedly killed by your company bugs), we had people from a competitor come in and do an assessment. They said that in both bedrooms, they could see zero sign that anyone had even attempted to treat those rooms. I'm sorry I couldn't give this a negative star review, one star seems way too nice for the "work" your business did.

Laura called me back and was amazing, I felt like I was speaking to someone I'd known for years. The technician that came to do an assessment (and that I immediately signed up with for a year) was Patrick. He was super knowledgeable, professional, respectful and very personable. He was upfront and honest about the process and what to expect, how often they would be here and what the package we purchased entailed. Based on interaction with Laura and Patrick, I think this will be a great on-going business relationship... (for as long as there is a field across from us , at least!)

I live in the 35 Brock st building, which uses your company for pest control. I am a single father of two very young boys (1 and 2). I had everything done that the list wanted to be done pre spray but had all my fabric in a corner to take out ( only had two day notice from the landlord). Had your "professional" come in at 9am and very rudely tell me I wasn't ready after I told him it would take 1 min to get the bags out. He followed up by saying he doesn't have time to wait 20 mins to take my stuff out. It took me 2 mins top. I will never use your service once I move. Very rude and pushy. Just because my building makes me go thought you guys doesn't mean you can be rude. If you don't understand people situation don't do this job. Just like any other service job. Edit: I couldn't respond normally for so reason so I'll add my answer here. Let me repeat I am a single father of two and they are in daycare and had everything done but these bags which were tied up just had to take the out of the apartment which took 2 mins so unfortunately no I don't understand time constraints for a 2 min issue. If I would take 5 or more minutes I would but the situation your professional decided to not hear me and talk over me very rude have a good day.

I had a great experience with HomePro! Simon was very helpful and arranged an appointment with his wildlife expert, Mac, for the same day! Mac should get 10 stars - but google only allows for 5! Mac quickly diagnosed our fun problem of squirrels in the attic. Mac set up a one way door allowing them to leave and then came back the following week and did a great job sealing up the roof. Without a question - would use HomePro again. Let's hope I wont have to :)

I found a dead racoon in my backyard tucked behind a shed. My first thought was to shovel it into a garbage bag. But then it occurred to me - how would I safely and environmentally dispose of the remains? And what if this racoon died of some disease that was transmittable to pets or humans? My second thought was to call HomePro Pest Control. And am I ever glad that I did? The phone answering system was easy to use and quick – no long holds and no elevator music while on hold. I was promised a service person would visit the next business day and like clockwork, Chris arrived right on schedule. He was polite. Knowledgeable. Wore appropriate PPE (even though we were outdoors). And answered all of my questions. He even noticed a bird’s next tucked away in the eaves and took it down at no extra charge. Fast service. Mike was extremely helpful with diagnosing the entry points for mice. He brought a lot of knowledge and options to the process. In particular, there were also many aspects of rodent proofing that Mike brought to our attention to implement. Sure enough we found that these were the key to stopping visits. Be careful with some of their employees, you would think with a reputable company you wouldn't have to worry about anything going missing but sadly it is not the case. On march 02 2016 A brown individual from their company helped himself to my property in my apartment while I was not looking, there were other contractors from another company currently working on pipes in the building that day as well but they've been working for weeks so I assume he thought I wouldn't notice it was him, the one day he shows up briefly something goes missing. Always keep an eye on their employees if you do decide to hire from this company, it might be just the one bad apple but you never know.
