Professional and honest. I called many exterminators to get a quote for exterminating mice. When I called Exterminator JM, the owner Jacques spent the time making me understand my problem and the solution. He convinced me that he had the experience and not just a new guy in the business (like others I spoke too). Then he quoted me a fair price compared to his competitors. I decided to give it a shot. The work was estimated to be done in 45 minutes. The technician came and worked for well over an hour. I have a large house and every area was inspected and exterminated (via safe for human product) thoroughly. The results were good. I didn't see any traces of mice. A month later, we heard a mouse under the dishwasher. I called the company and again, received the professional support. You cant exterminate in a day - it does take some time. This latter point shows the level of professionalism in this business and proves they honor their warranty. I definitely recommend this company.

When I had a problem he spent literally over an hour-and-a-half counselling me about the right course of action.
