In short, the technician calls me and tells me ok we will cancel and reimburse you, however it does not cost $ 125 for the first visit, but $ 250. Despite my protests saying that this is not at all what he told me neither on the phone nor on the spot, they never wanted to respect the mentioned price. I do not recommend this company. À tête reposé je constate que pour arriver à 625 $ ça fait 5 visites et je doute qu'il faille jusqu'à 5 visites pour régler le problème. Donc lendemain j'appelle la Cie et je lui demande si je serai remboursé si il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir 5 visites et le gars très bête me dit non. Alors je lui dis que je veux annuler ce contrat de service. Le gars me dit que ça fonctionne pas comme ça, etc... Alors je lui dis que j'ai le droit de le faire en vertu de l'article 58 de la protection du consommateur. Super bête il me dit "ouin vous avez l'air habitué a foutre le trouble". Bref le technicien m'appelle et me dit d'accord on va annuler et vous rembourser par contre ça ne coûte pas 125 $ pour la première visite, mais 250 $. Malgré mes protestation disant que ce n'est pas du tout ce qu'il m'avait dit ni au téléphone ni sur place, ils n'ont jamais voulu respecter le prix mentionné. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.

We heard scratching last night on the side of our bedroom - up by the ceiling. So we called AaZ extermination and they came, checked our attic, and told us that we had field mice infestation (40+ mice). They said that we had mouse droppings littered all over the attic and the odor in the air was laden heavy with mice. It would cost $600 to rid us of the mice. So we said we'd look into it and paid $70 for an inspection. In the meanwhile, we called a friend who had had a similar problem, and she recommended that we pick up the poison ourselves, which we did at Canadian Tire. So, then upon reaching home, I climb into my attic and what do I see and smell? - Nothing. It is as clean as a whistle and the air smells quite fresh albeit is a little cool. So then we call them up again - and he says do you want us to come again? and I say What? just so we can pay you another $70. Figured with that kinda response there was no way in hell he was returning our $70. So we hung up on him. They deserve no stars - recommend you stay away from them.

Le service pour éliminer les souris comprenait 4 sachets et 2 boîtes contenant du poison, avec droit à 4 visites pour vérifier l'efficacité, c'est tout. Pas de colmatage dans les entrées possibles, pas de test de fumée, rien d'autre. (quel est la garantie que je n'aurai pas de souris l'année prochaine, si les accès de passage sont toujours là?) En plus mon conjoint indiquait au technicien les places à vérifier et ou placer les sachets et boîtes. À son départ, on s'informe sur le prix des autres entreprises, qui offrent le même service pour 1/4 du prix payé. La leçon : ne pas prendre de décision dans la panique, consulter les avis des autres utilisateurs et demander au moins 2 autres soumissions. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise pour le prix demandé vs le travail effectué, on peut tous se rendre a réno-dépôt et acheter des sachets de poison à moins de 100$.

L'homme finit par me dire ''C'est ma business, je fais ce que je veux, si ça te plait pas, annule ton rendez-vous !!'' (oui, exactement dans ces mots...) ce que j'ai fais, vous comprendrez bien. En appelant une autre compagnie par la suite, j'ai appris qu'appliquer un tel produit par temps pluvieux était complètement inéfficace puisque le produit doit sécher, que s'il pleut le produit non seulement ne peut pas sécher mais en plus s'étends partout et s'écoule avec l'eau, donc fait l'effet complètement inverse d'une barrière autout de la maison, ce que ça devrait être. Heureusement, je n'ai pas payé 400$ dans le beurre et j'ai fais affaires avec une autre compagnie qui n'appliquent que par beau temps (24h sans pluie) et qui garantie son travail.

The first time was for removing a wasp nest which came back after a failed experience with another extermination company. The second time was for my own basement condo for a sudden woodlouse infestation this summer. My parents hired this company to deal with a mouse issue in their condo. The price -- for a 6-month contract during which the company commits to coming every two weeks to check on the status and efficacy of their poison box -- was $700. Not only did the company not honor the terms of the contract (they only returned to my parents' condo after my mother called to say there were still mice droppings in the cupboard) but 4 months later, my parents are still dealing with the mice issue. Although the company claims to guarantee their service (it says so explicitly on their website), they are telling my parents that there are probably other condos in the same building experiencing the same mice issue, and that if indeed this is the case, my parent's problem is no longer the company's. The last conversation my mother had with the company was with a man named Ricky who refused to provide his last name, and who was dismissive and disrespectful. Not only is their claim of providing "quick and permanent solutions" false, but the customer service is terrible, and it seems they may be taking advantage of elderly clients whom they prejudicially assume cannot fight back.

Bad company only made problems worse not to mention the exterminator that was sent to us offered 750$ to solve the problem in 3 treatments with a "guarentee" we obviously refused and told him we would start with 1 treatment and see how things go. Afterwards he offered 3 treatments for 500$ and said we would only need him to come 2 times we refused this offer as well thinking it was ridiculous and made no sense. 1 treatment was 250$ After he treated the home by spraying all the boarders the bugs not only did not die but they started to climb on the cellings to avoid the product we wated 3 weeks as we were told only to see things got worse so we called another exterminator who came and solved the problem in 1 treatment costing 300$ with a guarentee.

I called to pay the invoice and the guy was like can I call you back? Sure no problem you're busy. He calls me back and I tell him hornets are still on my house because they didn't spray where my husband explained where the hornets are (I'm at home, I know where they sprayed). So i tell the guys this and he says "mam please calm down". Ummm I was calm. I told him nicely. And this is what he replies with? He then says "aye yay yay". Ummm what???? I freaked out and hung up on them. If you don't know when a customer is mad and when they aren't, you shouldn't be in customer service. If you are going to charge 320$ to spray my house, I expect you to spray my house, not where it's convenient for you. We've been getting the house sprayed by them for the last 3 or 4 years. This is the first time I dealt with them, but it's the last time we ever use these guys again. They're just a bunch of crooks on their high horse. Save your money for someone who will actually do the job you requested.

Ils appellent à 9h le lendemain sur le téléphone de mon collègue pour dire qu'ils ne se présenteront pas. Je prends un autre rdv la semaine suivante, on me dit que ce sera entre 9h et 13h, je mentionne donc de m'appeler 30 min d'avance comme je dois me déplacer et je laisse à nouveau mon numéro de téléphone. La journée du rdv je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelle à 11h, j'appelle et la compagnie me dit qu'elle va contacter le technicien et lui dire de m'appeler, je laisse mon numéro une fois de plus. Le technicien se présente sur les lieux sans m'aviser et appelle sur le téléphone de mon collègue encore une fois. Je décide de leur donner une 3e chance, le lendemain j'appelle pour reprendre un rdv et j'explique la situation problématique. Je redonne des directives simples, de m'appeler 30min d'avance sur mon téléphone pour que je me déplace. J'ai rdv entre 8h et 10h, à 9h40 je reçois un message de mon collègue pour me dire que le technicien essaye de l'appeler à son travail et me donne son numéro. J'appelle le technicien pour me faire dire:<< Je me suis déplacé et ça répondait pas, va falloir tu prennes un autre rdv>> Pas très content de la situation, je lui demande si c'est une blague et il se fâche après moi. J'appelle le numéro centrale et demande de parler à la personne responsable et on me répond: <> Pour encore une fois, expliquer la situation et essayer de comprendre pourquoi ils ne sont pas capable de suivre de simples directives. Bref, après ces 3 prises et aucun professionnalisme au téléphone, ils sont "strike out" pour moi. J'essaye les services d'une autre compagnie la semaine prochaine, à suivre...

Horrible experience. I was told that we would have 3 visits and upon the 3rd visit they would show is the points of entry for the rodents. Which was subsequently confirmed over the next 2 visits and the people on the phone. Today was the third visit and they refused to do it stating it is no longer a service they offered. They also refused to do anything to address the situation over the phone and refused to admit any wrong doing telling me I got exactly what I paid for. Funny thing is both my neighbor and myself took their service simultaneously, he was able to get them to show where the points of entry were, I didn't. The only reason why we went with them is because they promised to show is the points of entry. They were very expensive compared to other options with warranties. They concluded the sale, got paid and reneged on the main reason as to why that sale was concluded. If you're looking for an exterminator, keep looking you'll find cheaper and more honest

Mais le technicien a manqué de professionnalisme. Il est rentré dans l'appartement sans porter de masque, ce qui est contre les recommandations de la santé publique en ce moment. Il a aussi été désagréable avec moi au moment du paiement par téléphone. (Ce pourquoi j'ai directement écrit à AZ Extermination, mais mon message est resté sans réponse) Et pour terminer le tout, le nid de guêpes s'est réinstallé au même endroit a peine 2 semaines après le traitement (A se demander si le nid a été enlevé tout cours) J'ai rappelé AZ extermination, pour me faire dire qu'il n'y a pas de garantie sur le service et que 2 semaines après le premier traitement, tout ce qu'on me proposait était de repayer 125$ +tx pour le meme service. Voila pour mon expérience
