I did not receive the level of service they promised. I was told that because I had a rat borrow that someone would be out to inspect 3 times a week. Over the month I had to call 3 times and they only visited 4 times total. Part of the service was they were filling the borrow entrance with a spray form so they could detect activity. One of the times I called, I mentioned they hadn't bent down far enough to inspect the entrance because the rat had made a small hole. The next time they came out they still didn't fill that hole making it impossible to track activity.
